My heat went out on the first cold night this year, I called Eddie late Sunday evening and he was at my home at 7AM on Monday. He found the problem within an hour. Rather than rip me off selling me unneeded parts. He told me what was wrong and how he fixed it. He is honest and fair. He has a customer for life and I will highly recommend him to all my friends. Customer service at it's best. Thanks Eddie!!!

Called several other companies who were booked for weeks. Finally reached Eddie and he had a cancellation and was out within 30 minutes. He found the issue, quickly repaired it and was reasonably priced. He was also very friendly and helpful! Great service!

Called Eddie at 6 am he was at my house by 8:30 am. Replaced the motor and fixed a few odds and ends, and on the spur of the moment ask hime to service my furnace and he did without any of that haggeling stuff. I need a new unit and we will be calling him back to do the work.

I called Ed around 7:30am when I realized that my AC unit was pumping warm air. He essentially diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me an estimate, and was over within an hour even though he was working on another house. Once here he confirmed what was broken, and quickly replaced the part. He also gave me some preventative maintenance tips for my AC unit. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of his help.

I called Eddie this morning at 7am, and by 8:15am he had my AC repaired! I initially contacted Eddie a year or so ago to work on my furnace. I chose him based on his location - only a few miles from my home, and all of his great reviews. Eddie does not disappoint. He tells you exactly what he's doing, explains the price, and gets the job done!

We chose Eddie to install 2 new Trane units in 2008 after reading the fabulous reviews on Kudzu. From the initial consultation, quoting, installation, and follow-up, his attention to detail and customer service was exceptional and not often seen these days. We recently called Eddie to take a look at one of the units as it was not cooling like we thought it should. I left a message on Sunday explaining the situation and received a phone call at 8:30 the next morning. He was at our house within an hour and resolved the issue under warranty in a matter of a few hours. I was very impressed that he fit us in his schedule in the middle of a heat wave for a warranty service call. As we experienced in 2008, his attention to detail and customer service were amazing and much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend HVAC Services/Eddie.

Eddie and his team were reliable, honest and fast. I couldn't have wished for a better group of installers to replace my worn out HVAC system. Eddie goes above and beyond where other people would cut corners, 100% recommended to anyone... I plan on using for all my HVAV needs.

Eddie seems to show genuine care and respect for his customers and takes the time to explain things in an understandable way. We have used him for seasonal "check-ups" for heating and cooling and he has been on time and fair. He has not tried to talk us into any unneeded extra work like some other service people have.

Called up Eddie, told him what was happening and had him come over. There is an 80 dollar "service call fee" which means you pay him to drive his van to your house. He looked at my system, replaced a 15 dollar part and charged me 75 for it, then tried for a couple hours to fix my HVAC system. His website says he is a "Trane, Carrier & Rheem Equipment Dealer". Good thing I have a Rheem! Oh wait, he is only trained in Trane systems... He ended up charging me to not fix my system. Very nice guy though. *EDIT* Upon further review, Eddie really did try his best. I am not happy that my unit wasn't fixed and had to pay a good deal of money to not have my unit fixed, but I think under normal circumstances, he could have done the job in no time flat. I would still recommend him, but be sure to explain whatever the situation is beforehand.

Sorry this customer feels the way he does! He agreed to what I was doing after 2+ hours of trying to find a very difficult low voltage direct short. He is right about $15 dollar (my cost) new transformer that I installed for $75 and others would charge $125. He definitely is not familiar with company overhead and evidently expected services for free. I used all my expertise to find the short in his system on a late Saturday afternoon. Came up empty handed, however I did isolate it to two electronic components of which I didn't have on my van for a rheem unit. I am a Trane dealer primarily but I will work on all split systems. The home is 4 years old and I recommended to him to contact the HVAC company that installed it. In fact--I gave him my very best and he is the only one person that knows I did!!
Wow. What a great guy and a true professional. After being disappointed at best and ripped off at worst by several other hvac companies over the years, I finally found Eddie. He came the next day, arrived early, thoroughly went through my furnace and explained everything as he went. I highly recommend him.

My 19 year old unit is up and running great thanks to Eddie. I had another company come and they tried to take me for a ride. Looked on Kudzu and found Eddie has a GREAT rating. I gave him a call...squeezed me in the next AM...had my old unit up and running good in about an hour...and still running strong. Beware of company's that insist you need a new system. It was worth the service call to have Eddie give a second opinion. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. He's one of the last true service oriented HVAC companies around. Thanks again Eddie!!! First time homeowner here, my AC of 6 years crapped out at the worst time in August. I read the reviews on this site and called up Atlanta HVAC. Eddie made it out to my place within 30 minutes. Another half hour and my AC is up and running, all before 9:30AM. Got a good fair price which was exactly what I had guestimated, and is a bargain for the class of service that you'll receive. Count me in as a future repeat customer.
