======EDITED for 250 word LIMIT======= I contacted AHE and James gave me an estimate to install 8 ethernet lines. I called later to get the job done. They agreed and I made sure they knew I wanted to work done immediately. We scheduled an appointment and I took the day off work. On the day of the install, they sent Justin out. He showed up 1.5 hours late and said his helper did not show up so they couldn't do the work. I expressed my frustration with the situation and they said they could do the work on a Saturday since I didn't want to take another day off. On Saturday, the installer showed up 2 hours late this time and said his helper did not show up. Instead, he brought his daughter, but couldn't do the entire job. He did 1/3 of the job and said they would call me back to set up a time to finish. I never heard from them. Finally, I called them and they said they finish next Saturday. They said they would be there at 9AM. I waited until 11AM and finally I called James. No answer. I called their office, no answer. Their installers never showed up, called, or emailed. Finally, I left them messages saying I would get another company to finish the work. I understand things can go wrong in a project, but this was nothing but mistake after mistake with no follow up and no accountability.

These guys recently equipped our business with an awesome audio system for our lobby and boardroom. We can now conveniently stream music from many popular online platforms, differentiate the volume and music that plays in each area, and, to top it off, the sound quality is outstanding. The system controls are handled via an extremely user-friendly iPad app that makes managing our music a snap. Our employees, clients, and visitors are all very pleased. Thanks Atlanta Home Electronics!

Engineers have great knowledge, some of the best in the business. Some promises don't get delivered during installation. Communication between teams, different installers and engineers really needs improvement. Walk through and training after install is very limited. No documentation provided as to overall configuration. No warranty data is left in case they go out of business.

I had AHE put in in ceiling speakers and upgraded my subwoofer and receiver thru them. They also ran wires and put in equipment that let me move my office into the basement and still get great signal throughout the house. Pleasant to work with, experienced, knowledgable and patient with questions. Look no further.

I used Atlanta Home Electronic to install a flat screen TV in my office and wire a connection to my PC. Now I can show my computer screen on the TV and play videos for my client presentations. They did a great job of running the cables and installing the TV. Thanks! Paul

I purchased a Sonos system for my husbands 40th birthday. Atlanta Home Electronics made it the best gift and perfect surprise. They were a pleasure to work with, fast service, great communication, professional staff and best of all the best sound equipment! I look forward to building onto our system.

I contacted AHE as I needed to have four wireless security cameras installed arpound the perimeter of my home. James provided me with an estimate and from there I was ready to go the following week. The service was professional and courtesous, and the installation itself was very clean as the work that was done eliminated existing exposed wiring on older camera models. The pricing was in line with typical market rates, and I was very satisfied with the work upon completion. I will recommend AHE to my friends and family when they have a need and will certainly call upon them again!

started using AHE based on our GC when we added some projects I was told it would be 2-3 hours of labor ended up with over 20 hours and 100% mark up on supplies would not recommend them- shame because the installers were great but the company was not

Working through a general contractor can make communication tough with a home owner, we ended up playing the bad-guy after some third-party communication issues. When we are hired directly, we are able to discuss pricing and make deals more easily. Also, we are able to create a scope and have a clear goal from the beginning of the project. We sell our items at standard retail prices and try to stay fair on labor. This was a lesson learned for our company!
We installed a home theater system with them. Starting from quote to installation, our experience was professional, hassle free and detail oriented. The group is easy to work with and willing to go an extra mile. We wish them success!!!!

James gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable. Although there were changes to the scope of work along the way (what's new?) the invoiced amount was always fair. Matt was knowledgable and always on time. I would recommend Atlanta Home Electronics.

We offer an 'Energy Saver Program' for green-conscious customers. The package starts with taking control of 2 thermostats and 10 lights in your home. We also add a new energy monitoring system, so you can see how much power you are currently using. We integrate all of these devices into one interface onto a new Apple iTouch, which is also included in the system.
