Strongly advise not to use this repair shop. They are not knowledgeable about import cars. We brought our Volvo in to be repaired. The owner kept it for 3 days and charged us over $500. He told us that he had fixed our car--but he didn't. He refused to refund us the money. Very unreasonable. He insisted that he had spent time researching what the problem might be and he needed to be paid for this research time.

I met these guys way back when I first bout a slightly used Volvo. An oik change place told e I needed to get my transmission fluid changed for $100. I decided to visit these guys for a second opinion. Though they could've taken my money, they instead told me I didn't need my transmission fluid changed until the car was at 100,000 miles (in about five years!) Anyway, I've been taking my car to them ever since. It's still running great at 135.000 miles, and has never broken down or left me stranded. And if it ever makes a strange noise, I can call them and describe it to them, and they seem to know exactly what the problem is. And they let me know when certain problems/noises are not important. They tell me my car will last for another 100,000 miles, and I believe them.

The guys at Atlanta Import Autoworks were super nice and helpful. After getting a quote from a big car shop, that wanted to charge me $438 for a window regulator, I went to them instead to get my Saab fixed. They put in the $10 window roller instead, and had it fixed the same day. Great service, great experience, and great price!
