The staff here is VERY rude and lazy. Out of the 5 staff that I have worked with over the past 6 months to correct a billing issue, not one of them has taken any initiative to assist me. If you are entitled to a refund for an overpayment, you can keep dreaming on that one. If they are incorrect and think that you owe them money, they will have no hesitation to send you to collections even if you have been in constant communication with them over the case. Good luck with your bill is all I have to say on this issue. There is no privacy in the waiting room as you are being asked sensitive questions pertaining to your procedure. The nurse left me with a gigantic bruise on my hand from the I.V. Please know that I have great veins and have never had an issue in the past. I knew right away as she continued to poke me over and over again that I was going to be suffering the consequences later on. She seriously had no clue as to what she was doing. When I woke up from my procedure, there was no one around to greet me. Talk about a scary/confusing situation. On every front, this place offers horrible customer service. If I were you, I would beg your doctor to schedule your procedure at a different facility.

The service the day of surgery was great. However, within two weeks they were calling about the bill and refused to make a payment arrangement that I could afford. I started paying what I could every month (not what they asked for) and they would call and say that my payment amount "wasn't good enough". They acted like bad debt collectors from the start. Now that they have actually turned my account over to in-house collections, they leave nasty messages on my voice mail. I have stopped answering their calls because they are nasty when I do. I have called four different times with a question about my account and receive no call back, but every time I call to make a payment I get a live person immediately. Sadly this hurts the Dr that is affiliated with them because I'm changing doctors now as I refuse to give anymore business to a company that treats their patients/customers this way.
