We recently used APM to move extra furniture out of our house and into storage to stage it for sale. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the crew, but all three of them did a great job, didn't damage a thing, and worked hard the entire time they were there. We hope to use them again when our house sells and we move to the new house.

We moved from a 5 bedroom home in Roswell to a similar sized home in Atlanta. Peach Movers did a miraculous job in moving large pieces without any damage. They came at 8:30 a.m. and stayed to complete the job that night. Chuck's crew never complained, even when I asked them to move furniture that had already been placed. Some of our furniture was extremely heavy, and the crew navigated our stairs without damaging anything. Richard was particularly impressive because he was always there when the heaviest pieces were being moved. I enjoyed each of the seven guys who helped move us. They were polite and personable. Peach Movers also moved my son a couple of years ago and did the same kind of job. When you move, you worry that your furniture will come through damaged. Peach Movers took incredible care to make sure that everything arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again and again (although I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon!). I recommend them without reservation.

We have recently completed a long distance move using Atlanta Peach Movers. They were excellent!! From the minute Teon and his crew showed up at our door until they departed, all their efforts were directed towards helping us successfully complete our move. They were on time and had good communication with us as the moving process progressed. They were very efficient with their time management as they worked the job and then they completed the job in the estimated time. Most especially, they wrapped every piece of furniture so well and then packed the truck so efficiently that every piece arrived at our final destination in the exact condition it started the trip. Each of the movers was polite and a hard worker. I highly recommend Atlanta Peach Movers and would definitely use them again.

Atlanta Peach Movers are great! I've used them twice now and they do a wonderful, quality job. They are quick and careful. They wrapped all of my items carefully and protected my furniture well. The guys are polite and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. When I move again, I will definitely have them do the job!!

My husband and I were recently relocated from Flagstaff, AZ to Dallas, TX due to his work. The company he works for provided us with Atlanta Peach Movers and they were excellent! The supervisor, Calvin McGuire, and his crew (I think they were Jarvis and Chris?!) packed up and loaded my apartment in one day. They were super polite and efficient. My husband was in Dallas for the unload and they arrived right on time. He said that they were again, very quick and professional. All of our stuff arrived in perfect condition. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

We recently used Atlanta Peach Movers for a local move. From the start of the process to the finish, the experience was exceptional. The crew was courteous and professional. They really took great care to make sure that all of our furniture was well protected and packaged. Not a single piece of furniture was damaged. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

The items in the house did get moved,,and no one really likes to move,,but,,the ones labeling the boxes with the smallest print possible,,and only on one side so you cant see whats in the box after they put it in storage without ripping open all the boxes or trying to view the smallest print on the boxes,,which is usually facing the wrong direction after the packmasters,,as they call them selves pack it in storage,,and after all the xmas stuff,,garland wreaths and stuff with lights just doesnt work after working 3 years prior before being packed,,interesting

Thank you for your business and review. Regarding the next review, we have made every reasonable effort to satisfy this customer and address his concerns. But if you look at our track record, you'll see that the overwhelming majority of our reviewers were delighted with their Atlanta Peach Movers experience. We do an average of 7000 moves every year, and the quality of our work is reflected in the vast number of customers who use us over and over again and who refer us without hesitation to their friends and associates. We hope you'll look beyond one negative reviewer, whom we have made every effort within reason to satisfy, and look instead at our stellar overall rating based on more than 600 customers' reviews. We think you'll see that we truly are committed to providing top-notch customer service to every customer every time. Thank you. Bill Boone 678-728-2311 email@example.com
Shocked at all of the positive reviews on here. The broke several of my items and damage a door at my old house. They lied to me about replacing or fixing the broken items. The owner, Orlando Lynch, would not take my call and told one of his employees to tell me to drop it or speak to his attorney. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Do not use Atlanta Peach Movers. At the risk of sounding like a presidential debate, I have to respond to Mr. Boone's reply especially to the information that is just not true. When the items broke, the head mover got in touch with his supervisor and they both told us it would be completely replaced 100% even though we had only chosen the $300 coverage. That was a lie. I am fully aware that Atlanta Peach Movers is not legally responsible to replace the broken items. However, I was hoping to get good customer service. I requested the owner call me on several occasions just so that I could discuss the matter with him. Instead of taking my call or calling me back he asked his employees to deal with me. We exchanged a couple of emails of which were not very pleasant on his part in my opinion and he has threatened me with police and legal action. He also has told me that he will not continue support a charity that I am involved with as well because of this. Shameful in my opinion. I don't care about the money. It was terrible customer service from the owner.

If you are doing a move within Georgia, you have three valuation options available. (Please note that movers are not insurance agents and are not licensed to sell insurance). Instead, movers have valuation which is a contractual limit of liability. Every mover in Georgia uses the same form called The Addendum to Uniform Household Goods Bill of Lading. It is required to be signed prior to the move. Most people choose Option1 because it is included at no additional cost. It has a maximum payout of $300.00. Option 2A is available for purchase at a rate of $11.30 per thousand with a $0 deductible. Option 2B has a premium of $3.75 per thousand but comes with a $300.00 deductible. The guidelines for additional valuation state that a minimum of $5000.00 per room be purchased. Imagine that your 10 room house is completely empty. In this case, you would purchase $50,000.00. More coverage is available should the situation warrant. Some people say that they are moving , but they only want coverage for the TV's. You have to cover the entire shipment. Here's an example, State Farm will not allow you to just insure the stereo in your car; they require you to cover the entire vehicle. Whenever we sell a move, we are ethically bound to discuss all valuation options with the customer and require a signed form prior to the move date. Reasons for this include a more informed customer, and we don't want to show up to your house on move day and waste your time. If you prefer an in-home estimate, the salesman will bring the form to you. If you prefer a phone estimate, the salesman will email a copy to you. We are very determined to educate you on all pertinent matters pertaining to your move.
Now, to the customer's review. Unfortunately, some damage did occur, and the customer selected Option 1. No lies were told to the customer, and she completed the valuation form and returned it prior to her move date. The customer made a willful decision without influence. After the move, the customer filed a claim. Based on the customer's selection, $300.00 maximum payout, we honored the contractual agreement and sent the customer a check. To cite another example, some people purchase liability only insurance for their automobile. If they have an at-fault accident, State Farm will not repair their vehicle because they haven't purchased additional coverage. We have treated this customer with fairness, honesty and integrity. Orlando Lynch, the owner, has been in direct contact with the customer and has personally reviewed the claim. We are sorry for the damage; it is not our intent to cause problems. Sometimes claims do occur no matter how careful our movers are. Please make certain that you understand your options and ask your sales person questions before making a valuation selection. Finally, we welcome this customer to check the validity of any of our reviews. We are proud of our accomplishments and love our customers. Bill Boone
I'm a REALTOR so it's my reputation on the line when I refer a company. Atlanta Peach has never let me down, my clients are always happy!

There's a reason why APM is the Official Mover of the Woman's Council of Realtors in Georgia. If your Realtor refers you to us, he/she has made a careful choice in making that recommendation. A number of people will call us but end up with another company, because they think they have found a lower price. The following message is from a distressed caller taken verbatim from my voicemail on 10-26-12 at 4:26 pm. I have changed nothing but the name and phone number.
My name is Jane Doe, and I need to get a quote on moving. Unfortunately, I'm in a horrible predicament, but I had a mover scheduled for tomorrow at 9 am, and I've just found out that the mover has pretty much taken the money and run, um, and so my husband had previously called and gotten a quote from you guys. I don't know how far they got, but we need to see if it's possible to get someone to move us sometime before the weekend, um, if you could give me a call back, I would appreciate it. My name again is Jane Doe, and my number is 123-456-7890. Thank you.
I get calls like this every month, especially on weekends and at the end of the month. The point is this, it's a wise choice to make a sound decision and go with a company that offers peace of mind. Please also consider that APM has 40 trucks and 100 very capable movers and the best reputation in the business. APM will get your move done right- that's the Peach Promise. Bill Boone 678-728-2311
Just finished our third move using Atlanta Peach Movers. As with each time before, they sent enough people to do the move quickly and efficiently, they were extremely profesional, and the rough estimate they gave me over the phone was spot on. Very pleased again with APM. Moving is not a pleasant process, but dealing with a competent professional team makes it bearable.

For those of you who call us and mention that you read our reviews, but there are a few bad ones, here is my response. We do about 7000 moves annually. If every satisfied customer who used us over the last 6 years that Kudzu has been in existence went to this site and posted a positive review, there would be about 40,000 positive reviews. Day in and day out, the bottom line is this: we deliver. Bill Boone 678-728-2311
I moved my Mom 500 miles to assisted living, and the facility raved about how polite and respectable the movers were to all of the residents in wheelchairs coming in the same doors. Great Job!

Don't use APM if you need to work around a specific time for your move. The truck was supposed to load my furniture for my move at 11:00 AM; they arrived at 6:00 PM. I should have received a phone call about this delay, but instead I had to call APM and leave multiple voice messages. FINALLY ... APM did call me back around 3:30 PM. The crew finished unloading 2:00 AM. Customer service dropped the ball with this, and they did not offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. However, I will say that the moving crew was excellent - careful and fast.

I used APM to go from ITP to OTP and they did a great job. Jerry, my coordinator, was helpful and easy to reach. He gave me information on pricing and tips on keeping my costs down, even explained how to unplug my new washer without getting water everywhere. I love that he called me to follow up on my experience after the move. Calvin and crew arrived early and got right to work. They told me to sit back and relax and let them take care of it - and they did! We walked through the spaces to see where I wanted all my furniture and that's where they put it. While they noted that due to wrapping, it takes longer on the front end of the move to get everything onto the truck, they had all my items (along with 39 boxes!) on the truck in 1.5 hours -- and I live in a 1000 sq. ft. space full of furntiure! While dissassembling my bed, Calvin found a valuable missing sapphire necklace on the bedframe. He was the only one in the room and called me in to give it back to me. In this day and age, it was delightfully shocking to have someone be that trustworthy. From that point on, I knew they would take care of my stuff. When they started unloading, they were still moving fast. When I asked them to move my dryer back out of the laundry room for a mintue so I could fix something behind it, they were happy to help --- no eye rolling or sighs. They completed my move in 3.5 hours - without any damage to my furniture. I will definitely use APM for my next move and recommend them.
