I have been using Bonita for almost a year now and she has always been great. However, I've tried to get in touch with her for the last month to schedule an appointment for when I will be out of town and she has never responded to any voicemails, text messages, or emails for over a month! This type of service doesn't cut it with me - so my business is going elsewhere. I hope she can correct whatever issues she is having since she is wonderful - but I will no longer be using her nor will recommend her services.

I was thoroughly impressed with Bonita and the Pet Concierge services. Our first consultation was spent meeting with the babies and getting them used to her voice and smell, and I really felt safe leaving them in her care while I went away for the Thanksgiving holiday. On my return, not only were my babies happy, well-adjusted (they even ate their food which they haven't ever done when I go away!), but I had notes from each day I was away. I couldn't have asked for better care, and I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future!

I had to leave town on an emergency and was nervous about having someone stay in my house to look after my dog and cats. My friend had been using Atlanta Pet Concierge for a while and had great things to say about Bonita. With very little notice, Bonita was at my house. She was so thorough in her questions, ensuring that she had vet information, favorite foods, emergency numbers, etc. While we were gone, she called me every other day to let me know everything was okay. The house was exactly as we left it when we returned, and she even left us a gift basket, consisting of treats for the "furbabies" and for us humans. Bonita loves animals, and my animals definitely fell in love with her. Highly recommend!

After having much trouble finding a reliable petsitter, we are thrilled to have found Bonita. Our dogs are a bit intimidating to some people but Bonita gives them lots of love. We feel completely secure going on vacation and leaving our dogs and home in Bonita's care. She is very thoughtful and goes above and beyond with truly excellent service. Look no further for a petsitter.

We used Bonita for years -- and recommended her to many --now it seems that her business has shut down with no word --very unprofessional -- at the very least we would like our keys back -- we found "twodadspetsitting" and we love them!
