I met the owner of Atlanta Plumbing Plus at a business networking event. How she came to be the owner of a plumbing company was interesting. Her mission to do things differently became clear when she was almost more intent on saving us money than we were ourselves. It was an A+ experience for us all around and our new tankless water heater is the BOMB!

I have called on plumbers for forty years with all kinds of problems, small leaks to gushing water. I have never felt completely comfortable with any of the companies I have used and only called them back because I did not know who else to call. As of this week, that has changed. I have found a plumbing company for life. Atlanta Plumbing Plus responded to my call the same day, even though it was not an emergency, Keith called before he came, he arrived when he said he would, he wore boot booties to protect my house,he diagnosed the problems immediately, and went right to work. When he was finished all was cleaner than when he came. An unrelated problem arose this week and Keith was back on the job in no time. I cannot praise this company enough. If only other businesses were run this way. My plumber, my new best friend.

I have used these folks twice in the past couple of months - once for a drainage back-up, and most recently for hot-water heater repairs. I'm amazed that this kind of customer service STILL exists ! They have become my " family plumber". Thanks for setting the standard for Excellence ...5 STARS !!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Atlanta Plumbing Plus (APP). We needed a new toilet installed. I called APP and Robert, one of the owners answered the phone and quoted me a flat price for the job. Chris the plumber came to our home and was very knowledgeable and competent. In fact, when installing the toilet he noticed our water pressure seemed to be high. He took the time to check the pressure relief valve in the basement coming into the house and noted that the valve was failing (it's about 25 years old) causing the water pressure to be more than twice as high as it should be. We are going to schedule another appointment with APP to have the valve replaced soon. The company schedules customer appointments in 2-hour windows. As our appointment was beginning to run over 2 hours, my husband learned from Chris that he - the plumber - isn't scheduled at a new appointment every 2 hours. Instead, the office will coordinate their team to the various day's appointments as their plumbers becomes available. It's Chris's job while on-site to make sure the job is completed and the customer is happy. How refreshing! Again, an overall great experience from the initial call for an appointment through a job well done. I would add that Chris was very conscious of being neat and clean with all the work he performed.

This is the best Plumbing company around, if you want fast service, great prices and friendly service call them. I have had Ken Johnson come out twice within the last year for 2 different problems and he has always been on time, their prices are the best and I won't use ANYONE else, Linda in the office couldn't be more helpful.

We pride ourselves on selecting our plumbers very carefully for both plumbing skills (they must be licensed plumbers with at least 10 years of residential service work) and for their customer service skills. Ricky has certainly met those requirements day after day for all the years he has worked for us. And, please accept a personal thank you from "the lady who answers the phones." As the owner of the company, I find the best way to keep fully involved is to answer the phones myself whenever I can. Talking to our customers is the best part of my job. It is so rewarding to know we have truly helped someone have a better day because of our services. What a wonderful review. I know Ken was delighted with it. He is one of our great Master Plumbers who loves what he does and loves helping customers. I'm glad you were able to take advantage of our free home plumbing inspection and the maintenance advice that comes with it while Ken was in your home. Our customers who take the time to watch and listen while our plumbers inspect and explain their plumbing usually benefit from the knowledge they gain. Those benefits come in the form of less frequent plumbing repairs as well as being able to notice plumbing problems earlier and get them taken care of before they become bigger problems. Congratulations to you for seeing the benefit of this free service that is available to all our customers when we visit their homes.

I believe we worked on your water line, drain line, and your tub and shower valve on those 3 visits. So we have done both big and small jobs for you. I'm glad you mentioned that we left everything spotless. Cleaning up after we finish our work is one of those little things that set us apart from the majority of companies in Atlanta. That and the fact that we hire only licensed plumbers while so many other companies have just one licensed plumber back at the office and send unlicensed "technicians" in to customers homes. I firmly believe that the extra labor costs we incur due to hiring only licensed plumbers is more than offset by the value those licensed plumbers give to our customers. This then results in repeat business from customers like you. Thank you again for your continued confidence in us.
I cannot say enough about the people at Atlanta Plumbing Plus. I have used them at least 5 times - for different issues and each time they have been wonderful. I have Ken most of the time and he is now like a family member-in fact he was here the day I brought my baby home from the hospital! Linda and Ricky are both great to work with!

Thank you, thank you. I remember the day your brought the baby home. Ken is just a big teddy bear of a guy and he was so excited at being there on the big day. Most readers won't get the reference to the "Blue Booties" so I should explain that they are not baby booties. Our plumbers wear blue booties (like the ones hospital staff wear) when the enter a customer's home so as not to track dirt in from the street or from prior jobs. They also lay down red mats to protect floors and counter tops where they are working. I think they actually like doing that because it means there is less clean-up work to do before they leave the home. Hope you and the baby are doing well. Let us know when you need us again.
I needed my water heater replaced on a Friday with snow and ice covering the roads. I talked to Rob and he advised me that he would send Ken to help me out. Ken called and said he was on the way. He arrived when he said he would, which was remarkable if you know how Atlanta goes crazy with a little snow/ice on the roads!! I can't say enough about Ken. He was very conscientious and professional. He talked me through everything he needed to do and explained each step throughly. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus if you need a reliable company and good people to work with.

How could we forget that day. The weather advisory was bad and we had decided to pull our trucks off the road for the day; but, we couldn't leave you without hot water and can was brave enough to go out. Ken liked the fact that you stayed and watched and listened to his explanation of the work. At Atlanta Plumbing Plus, we believe that educating our customers about their plumbing is part of the service. I'm glad we were able to install the new water heater and ensure you had hot water on such a cold day.
I didn't hesitate to call on Atlanta Plumbing Plus again (on March 29, 2010)* when a pipe above my garage ceiling broke and I thought, too, that a hose bibb was leaking. As promised, Ken called when he was on the way. He diagnosed the hose bibb problem as due to the brass splitter, which we removed and that problem was solved. He went into my attic above the garage and found and fixed the broken pipes, re-insulated them, and left everything neat and shipshape. Once again, I have only good things to say about this company. *Note: When I went to write what I thought would be an additional review, Kudzu overwrote my original one, which also showed my great satisfaction with the company.

How wonderful that you thought enough of our service to attempt to write two reviews. I think that is an excellent measure of customer satisfaction. Leaking water lines and hosebibbs can be a great waste or water in a state that needs to conserve as much as we can. We are happy we could repair the water line and fix the hosebibb. And, thank you for mentioning that Ken called before he went to your home. It is part of our standard service to give customers a two hour appointment window and then call when we are 30 minutes away. Since most people have cell phones these days, it gives them the flexibility to run errands or go to work for a few hours instead of waiting at home all day. Thanks again for two great reviews.
Our water service lines needed to be replaced as soon as possible, but we had to wait for the utility company to mark the yard before the digging could begin. Atlanta Pluming Plus monitored the utility company's progress on getting that done and the minute the yard was marked, they were out at the house, got the job done fast and without making a mess of our yard. I have ZERO complaints. The price was lower than any other company & the entire crew was professional. I would use them again for our home and business! Great Service!
