Zero stars! Do not hire this company. Showed up late, caused almost $1000 worth of damage to my belongings, broke my brand new dryer, incredibly lazy! I fired them half way through the job for risk... they would damage more stuff. Didn't put any furniture wrap as requested and the person in the office was so rude and hung up on me when I called to complain. Now I have to go through the process of suing them to recover the costs if my damages goods. Do not use ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I've used Atlanta Pro Move twice now and most definitely would use them again if need be. Both times the gentlemen have come in and done their job, which took a huge load off my shoulders. It was all just no-fuss, and I appreciate that.
I enjoyed not having to lift finger or having any worries about my things. Punctual and ready to work. I would recommend Atlanta Promove to anyone who is needing a great moving company.
Today a crew of four move me from a 15'x30' storage rental; a home plus. The movers were professional and careful of our items. The experience of the leader was evident in how he handled the packing of the truck and care for moving very heavy furniture to the second level of our new home. Following our experience we with another moving company that moved us in the storage unit we were skeptical with proceeding with another company. I wish we used Atlanta Pro Move for the move to our storage unit. I strongly recommend this company!!
Horrible! They destroyed my gate and after one month of their required wait time offered to have it repaired over three months from now! Alternatively they offer to pay $50, when the estimate for repair is $650. Neither option is acceptable. These are the sort of movers who take your money, destroy your property, and then refuse to fulfill their end of agreements in any reasonable fashion. You'd be better off moving yourself.
I used Atlanta ProMove to move into my new house. The we're wonderful to work with. The crew was very professional and fast. They made everything so easy for me. I recommend Them to anyone wanting a job well done. Thanks APM
I recently had to move from my 4 bedroom house and I will say that Atlanta Pro Move met all my expectations. With 2 kids and around the holidays it's very stressful to be moving at a time like that. Not only where they on time but they showed up ready to move with lots of movers. They even took the time to pack all my fragile items after telling them how important they where to me. They had a very good rate and moved at a very fast pace. I usually don't do too much reviews but I had to because they where very professional and caring about all my moving needs. I would recommend them anytime and will definitely use them again if I have to!!!!
I purchased a Half Off Depot voucher to get a piano moved. I paid $98 for the voucher was was for a 2 hour move and supposedly a $250 value. When I called they charged me an additional $50 for the piano since it was considered an "exotic" item and required extra padding and care. They also tried to charge me $50 extra for a mileage fee that I negotiated down to $35 since I was supposedly out of their service area. They claim this is listed on their website but it is most definitely not. Come the day of the move, they were an hour late and I received no courtesy call informing me so. The movers did NOT pad my piano at all so I'm really confused as to what the extra $50 was for. When they arrived at the destination they did not put any padding down under the wheels until I asked them to because I saw that there was dirt rubbing off on my hardwood floors. I also ended up having to personally assist with positioning the padding since apparently two guys could not do it themselves. At the end of the move, they also had the audacity to ask for a tip. I am a firm believer in tipping well for good service but I can honestly say that Atlanta Pro Movers' customer service is absolutely dreadful. I will never use them again.
