My appt. was for l:00-3:00. The serviceman didn't arrive til 4:40 and talked on his phone half the time outside the house. Instead of cleaning my ducts by using a big vacuum he blew them with a pneumatic hose blowing all the "junk" all over my house, floors, carpeting and furniture and left no finishing or even suggesting the complimentary laundry vent cleaning, not that I would have wanted it after his appalling performance. A TOTAL waste of money and beyond. I called the owner to complain after he left not getting a return phone call for 5 days until I called again to complain.

An electrical fire destroyed my entire home. After meeting Seth and viewing his beautiful homes he built in buckhead as well as contacting BBB and the state license boardI knew he was "The Man" for the job. I told him he would be working with "middle class funds" but I wanted him to build me a "Baby Mansion"a smaller version of his homes in buckhead. 8 months later, I was moving into my dream home."My Beautiful Baby Mansion". Working with Seth was a pleasure. He was able to help me transform my dated 1950's style living room into a modern living space. It has become my wife and I's favorite spot in the house to hang out. As a result of the great work and price of the first remodel, I am again working with Seth on a bathroom remodel.

I've used this company several times for both my home and business. Their response time is always immediate, their personnel are courteous, personable and efficient. I've had problems with others in the past, but this company has always been on top of their game and trustworthy.‎

My house suffered a significant amount of damage after a driver lost control of his vehicle and plowed into my home. I didn’t trust the contractor that the insurance company recommended. After reviewing customer feedback from dozens of contractors and getting quotes from many of them, I selected Seth. He was thorough, swift, fun to work with, and knew exactly what to do within minutes after assessing the damage. He provided me with a very competitive quote that was about 20% less than three other estimates.
My project included a framer, drywall expert, garage door installer, painter, and brick masonry expert. One of my initial concerns was that the brick on my house had been discontinued. Seth assured me that he could bring in a specialist with experience in dyeing and matching the brick color and mortar. Well, after his expert did his “magic”, it was impossible to distinguish the newly installed brick and mortar from the old and aged brick and mortar. The end result of using Seth is that my home is fully restored and there is nothing to remind me of the past damage, because he did a perfect job!
He completed the project under budget and on schedule. He provided me with project updates. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he did that for me. He didn’t miss a beat. I strongly recommend him and feel very confident that no matter your contractor needs, that he could deliver an end product that surpasses your expectations.
