Very sloppy job. Do not even talk to them for estimate, they lie. very bad company with no honesty and no integrity.

Within one year of roof installation by Atlanta Reroof a leak occurred that caused $10,000 in interior damage to my home. An independent roofing expert identified a defective roofing installation around the chimney. Mr. Dalby initially attempted a cosmetic repair. He failed to complete a more definitive repair. I had to complete the repair myself when Mr. Dalby failed to honor his 15 year warranty on the roof. A neighbor had a similar experience with Atlanta Reroof. He also had to complete repairs himself because Mr. Dalby did not honor the roof warranty.

I used Nathan and Atlanta Re-roof on my own house and he did an amazing job. He was very quick to respond , the quality of work was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I have since referred 4 to 5 other people and they had similar experiences. Definitely an A+ company.

I am a RealtorŪ in Roswell, Ga. I have called on Andrew Dalby at Atlanta Re-Roof often over the last few years to diagnose roofing problems, provide the correct repair solution, and to install new roofs when necessary. He is smart, honest, professional, and price competitive. Many real estate agents have recommended him to their clients and hired him for their personal roofing repairs and replacement roofs as well. Above all, you can expect the highest quality from him and his team.

I don't like giving bad reviews and let me say that Andrew Dalby is well respected, comes highly recommended, and has several employees that have worked with him for a long time. However, I thought I was paying for the best and while the quality of the roof is good, the attention to detail and level of service was poor. I never heard from Andrew and had to request someone who spoke English to inspect the work after it was done (no QA/QC during construction). Additionally, they damaged our siding, broke a light, left debris all over the place, were unresponsive when I called, and invoiced twice before the work was done. They did correct some problems but not all. I was purposefully going with a high end contractor to avoid these types of issues. Because of their reputation, I expect that I am one of the exceptions and that most will not agree with my review. Hopefully, though, this will help someone considering them as a contractor.
