Based on previous reviews I read here, I took a chance and called Roddie to fix my fridge. It had been freezing all my food in the back for quite some time and I was ready for it to be repaired as I was sick and tired of tossing frozen eggs, milk and spinach, etc..! I called and he was out the next morning as scheduled, with a call to let me know he was on his way. He figured out it was the thermostat and fixed it with ease and care. I felt his price was fair for labor and parts. I will 100% be calling him again if I ever need an appliance fixed in my home!! Recommended to all.

Roddie came to my house to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator as it was not cooling properly. I checked the back and could not hear the fan, so we both thought it was a bad motor. It turned out that a piece of Styrofoam had somehow managed to get under the refrigerator and jam the fan - a one in a million situation. He removed it and it works perfectly. BUT he could have easily not mentioned it and charge me three times more. His honesty and service should be rewarded. He will be the only person I call in when I need a handyman to fix an appliance. Thanks Roddie!

Atlanta Appliance Repair services appliances for my 12 rental units plus my home. They are prompt and courteous, but -- best of all -- they are knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable. They can work on inexpensive units as well as high end ones. I have more appliances than most and I can attest to their success! I would not use anyone else.

This company is the best. They have been out three times for my dishwasher (Fisher & Paykel) and I only trust them. The customer service is unbelievable. They are quick, very neat, my house is in the same condition it was when they leave. I love this comapany!

I couldn't recommended Roddie more highly, he is an expert in all matters related to appliances. One of the few people that truly understand Fisher & Paykel and Sub-Zero appliances. Always ready and there when you need him.

What a wonderful company! I had called them because my washer just creating grease stains on my clothes. He thought he knew what the problem was, but just to make sure, he offered to come by my house and take a look. As promised, he came the next day and right on time and looked at my washer for NO CHARGE. Once he confirmed the problem, he was very honest with me and told me it wasn't worth fixing though he could. What HONESTY, What SERVICE, and DIDN't CHARGE. You can't beat that!! I can't believe companies like this exist anymore. I will definitely be calling them next time I have a problem again.

I called to find out what they would charge for an estimate to fix my Refrigerator. He said he was too busy to come out that day but asked me what the problem was. After I explained the problem, he told me the likely cause AND how to resolve it!! Now that's great customer service.

It seems it is the only guy that we found that knows Fisher & Paykel appliances. I tried several servicers through the manufacturer's website and Atlanta Repair Service is the only one who fixed my unit right. I am a customer for life. Higly recommended!
