I have never written a review in my life, but this place is horrible. It has been 4-5 years since my "Treatments". You can even see their 2 other reviews this place has are fake are fake. See the users other posts, very generic. I went to see Dr. Herman 3-4 times, the first visit he told me he can fix my snoring with a somnoplasty procedure and pillar treatments. At least the somnoplasty was covered by insurance. Well I was a little overweight (small beer belly) so I said are you sure it is not because of my weight he said no that is only your stomach and also said if you can fit in the exam chair that wouldn't be the problem. Then I said well let me think about it, he said well I can do both right now. That will save you another office visit. He also assured me that it will work. Well it didn't at all not even a slight decrease in sound. Also a little high pressure in the sales tactics. My fault for not checking why insurance didn't cover the pillar treatment. Went to follow up was told 6 months for results. Well 6 mo. later I get a letter saying if treatments did work I get a free follow-up visit. So I go and question the previous procedures and he angrily says I snore because I am overweight and I have a deviated septum. Then gets more upset when I refuse to schedule surgery. Upon check out they ask for my copay I say the visit was a free follow-up, the billing person says ok. Then I keep getting letters saying I owe for the visit. It took several calls/emails to fix.

I wanted to comment on the success that I experienced with tubinar reduction for allergies. This was done in the office by Dr Howard Herman and the results are incredible. I have suggested this to my wife and several of my friends. My wife and I are smiling after I have cut the grass instead of sneezing and blowing our nose all night. We are also using the NeilMed Nasal Rinse and have not had a sinus infection since the surgery.

I was suffering from sleep apnea, loud snoring and unrestful sleep. Within 3 weeks of the surgery to correct my deviated septum and insertion of pillar implants I noticed a marked improvement in my sleep and almost no snoring. The apnea seemed to dissappear completely! Doctor Herman made the whole process simple and virtually pain free!
