Atlanta Squirrel and Rat Removal, LLC

We had squirrels in our attic, and Shaun and the crew sealed the house and set up traps in a timely manner. A squirrel was caught that night, and Chris came over and removed it, even though it was late at night. But, they never came back to pick up their traps, even after numerous calls. Not sure if they ever removed the squirrel droppings. Would use them again, but would make sure they finish the job.

Have hired many experts over the years, but never seen service as dedicated as that provided by Chris and his crew. We often felt bad for him and his crew the last few days - one phone call, and they would immediately drive 60 miles to come fix something minor, like changing a rat trap. Went beyond the call of duty, they certainly did, and many times during the last few days!

After disappointment with another rat removal expert who did not honor his own warranty, ASRR came and just blew us away with their sheer dedication. Rats had made our life unbearable. After Chris has removed them, we can sleep well knowing that if they ever come back, all I have to do is pick up the phone - he provides a 2-yr warranty on all his work, which I can extend going forward for a fee.


I thought such wonderful customer service comes at crazy premium prices, but Chris's rat-removal services were some 4 times cheaper than the previous gentleman who we had trouble with. (We hired Chris's team for insulation work as well.).

I was also impressed with the owner's and crew's knowledge on this and related subjects, from heat convection to termite habits. They alerted me to other problems with our house, such as termites.

There are so many other problems with our house we need fixed. We wish Chris would start companies for a whole bunch of things, and our search for a good electrician, plumber, landscaper, etc. would be over. - Dave and Natasha.

We have used Chris, with Atlanta Squirrel and Rat Removal for two properties now. He removed the squirrels from our property and the rats from a rental house. He did a superb job at both locations. The rental house took him much longer than expected and he stuck to his price. No gimmicks with Chris, just plain hard work and he honors his warranty. He came back a year later to our house and repaired some holes caused by birds. Chris is honest, knows what he is doing, and keeps his word. He is always on time. Kevin from Lilburn

I recently had ASRR perform a full rodent exclusion on a large and old three story apartment building. Chris and the guys did an incredible job from top to bottom, making sure that all of their work blended with the existing appearance. They got started exactly when planned and did a thorough job even after it was clear that the building posed challenges which hadn't been obvious at the start. Am thrilled with the results, tenants are happy, and would recommend ASRR to anyone.

I chose the correct company to handle my squirrel problem. My home is now squirrel free thanks to Chris and his team. Also, the price was the most reasonable that I found. Chris even fixed roof problems caused by another squirrel control comapany for no additional cost. Chris was also fantastic to respond to post work cosmetic concerns I had. You can't go wrong with this company. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Thanks Chris for solving squirrel my problem in Conyers.

All the reviewes you read here are just correct and true. I am also saying Chris and his team did a great job. Inspected and fixed the Squirrel problem in the attic. Later that year one of the roof-examiner commented saying "whoever did that job has done a great job". I then, said it was the "Atlanta Squirrel and Rat Removal company".
Hence, I am pleased with the work. They do what they say.

Wes came out to assess my attic and told me and my family exactly how he was going to remedy our flying squirrel problem. I am in business, so I can usually sense when someone is not on the up-and-up, and this guy is a class act. He was a hit with my kids, so much even that after two weeks of his scheduled visits, the late night taps on my shoulder by crying kids complaining about the noises the squirrels were making disappeared. I would definitely recommend Wes and his company to anyone. A+!

I cannot comment on the quality of work because they were a no show to do the work. I liked the way they came out and inspected and gave me a quote. The price was right in line with others, so I decided to go with them. Scheduled a time with Shaun for the work to be done. They were a no show and no call. Called Shaun the same day to find out if they were coming out that Friday to do the work. No call back until Monday afternoon. At this point I decided to go with another company. When I called Shaun back to explain why I was going with another company, he hung up on me.

Therefore, I would not recommend going with this company.

I had a problem with rats entering my home, and I am SO glad I called Chris! My home is now rat-free. Chris set traps, sealed all the entry points, and they were gone in NO time.
Several years ago, I had an issue with rats, and I was not happy with the company I used. They weren't very knowledgable, professional or thorough, and their prices were EXORBITANT.
On the other hand, Chris is intelligent, thorough and his prices are quite reasonable for this type of service. He also returns your calls, comes when he says he will (or calls to let you know he's running late), and really seems to take pride in his work and his business. He is a courteous professional who gets the job DONE, and has enough intelligence to analyze the actual entry points where the critters are entering the home. He really seems to care about his work, and about the customer.
I HIGHLY recommend him, and would never even CONSIDER calling any other company if I ever have a problem of this nature in the future.
