Not So Super Signs
We are a contractor that purchased a changeable letter sign from this company. Nothing went right except for our payments to them. The original part of the sign, the changeable letter panels, were inferior quality at best. They used 2 sided tape to hold on the letter tracks and that did not last over night. When we arrived at the site to install these panels on the brick pedestal, several of these track were laying on the ground in front of the panels where we had stored them. Cheryl asked if we had stored them outside for the night. These are outdoor signs and are intended to last for more than one night, I had hoped. I then spent several hours attaching the cheapest tracks possible the correct way, with small screws. Issue solved with my time.
More of my time was then spent cutting the panels down to fit the sign that Cheryl had measured.
After a short time our customer wanted a vandal cover. OK, let's try Atlanta "Super" Signs again. We were promised the covers on several occasions to be delivered after we had given them a 50% deposit. 6 weeks passed and several phone calls were made until finally the covers were delivered. I was then called for final payment and told that I was not holding up our end of the payment agreement, which was payment upon delivery. The signs had not been delivered at that point and we had a heated discussion about this issue. 4 weeks have passed and we still have not gotten the missing hardware.
Never again, Super Signs?
