Be aware that this facility does not give refunds no matter the circumstances, which I find quite disturbing. They will apply a credit to your account that you must use within 3 months or you lose the money. This ridiculous policy would make me think twice before signing up for classes!!

My kids have attended for 3 yrs. Facilities are v. clean and the staff are experienced (stern but loving).

We've been loyal customers of ASA for 5 years now. We started our kids in private lessons, and after 2 amazing coaches, they're finally ready for year-round team. All I can say is, WOW. Never met such a friendly front desk crew. And the coaches truly care. The owner must only hire a certain caliber of employee - they're all incredible. And now, several weeks into team, my expectations are once again blown away with how fun, yet instructional, they're making the experience for my 7 & 9-year-old. The convenient, super-clean location is icing on the cake!

I definately had to write a review after I read what the last person wrote. They are right, all the instructors are GREAT! But, very wrong about the other staff, they are always helpful, and always smiling, laughing and talking to the kids. We have always had a positive experience at Atlanta Swim Academy. My kids enjoy the lessons and the attention they get every time we go.

The instructors have a great level of enthusiasm and do a great job - which is the most important thing. The rest of the staff never smile and it seems like they hate being there.
