Atlanta Tankless Water Heaters

I must say that these guys are great! When I first met John I was a little apprehensive about dealing with him because he seemed young. This immediately became a non issue when I realized that he had great energy and was passionate about servicing his clients. This energy showed through in the care and service he afforded to us. Our tile job and countertop came out excellent. He took his time with us, and that made a huge difference. I'll tell my friends about him.

I wish that I could provide a full review but unfortunatley I have never received the courtesy of a return call after placing several calls for service. Not my idea of a good way to run a business!! Sorry - I certanly cannot recommend them.

I started a bathroom remodel project about three months ago! Needless to say I did not finish it. Now here we are in December and my in-laws are coming in a week! I called Empire out, and they had my guest and master bath looking very nice with new tile and shower fixtures in 3 days. I love these guys!

They came to change out my waterheater and ended up retiling, my bathroom and installing a jacuzzi too! The prices are fair and the work is Top notch! Highly recommended!

Too many times these days you get people coming to do service at your house that you just don't feel comfortable with. These guys were genuine from the moment they walked through my door to the moment they finished my waterproofing job. When I met John, he reiterated to me that his entire crew goes through drug testing, credit evaluation and that none of them drink or smoke. After witnessing the professionalism they adhered to, I believe it. I am very happy with the quality and service they render. All of the workers that came to my home were legal documented workers. I love it! This is the first contractor whom I met that was fairly priced and is not exploiting illegal labor. I will not use anyone else for my home upgrades in the future. They've won me over.
