Buyer Beware---Selling Bogus Extended Warranty, 2/18/2009

Bought Extended Warranty Product when I purchased new vehicle. After regular warranty had run out I had problem with my vehicle. The company was not open on Saturday when I took my vehicle in. So I... had repaired with hopes what I paid for would take care of Manufactures defect. They paid for Half. Now problem arrose again only to have claim denied by United Auto Care (do not buy this product). I purchased their so called Platinum package which was to cover all product on vehicle as it was described to me. Guess I missed the part where it said Your screwed for buying this product. Hope this saves someone the headache I just dealt with. Toyota and all other car industries better wake up and remember who keeps them in business.

Good Dealership

Atlanta Toyota isn't the easiest place to get in and out of due to it's lousy location, but the service is always professional and reasonable. They aren't terribly pushy in attempting to make sales, but rather laidback in their approach. I'll trade with them again, and would recommend to other folks.

Great Deal on 2009 Camry

Just bought a new 2009 Camry. I did not expect the salesperson to deal straight - but I was wrong. Got a great deal and a fair trade in offer too.

Good & Friendly Service

I bought my Toyota Camry here and I love that car. The service from this location has always been good although the service department is always trying to sell me some extra services(that I dont think I need). Nevertheless they are all nice and pleasant.

Not the best

I have purchased a corolla from them years ago. Was told that I was getting free car mats - but they ended up charging me $450 for them in the itemized sheet. New car buyers beware - they will rip you off if you're not careful. Always bring a good negotiator with you if possible and do the homework ahead of time. Know what your credit score is and be ready to walk out of the negotiations - or try Sandy Springs Toyota - we bought 2 trucks there at very good prices. Finally, their service dept will tell you that you need all kinds of repairs - I never went the extra mile to get all of these repairs done - don't know if it's legit.
