We had 2 very large trees and several small trees removed this summer by ATL Tree Arbor. Quote of $7500 was reasonable and their reviews looked good so we hired them. The trees were removed, but the 2 days estimated turned into 6-7. They destroyed our lawn which had to be regraded and new pine straw brought in which cost us an add'l $2K. They left trash, limbs, damaged several remaining trees and didn't respond when we tried to follow up with them to do a walk through. And to top it off, the stump grinding we paid for left large chunks sticking up from the ground. Think twice before you hire Atlanta Tree Arbor!

Came out for estimate and said they had time in the afternoon to do the work. The cost was very reasonable and working with Mark F. was great. A focused crew plus a knowledgeable lead (Mark) added to a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Atlanta tree arbors came and gave us a competitive quote. The job was done perfectly. 4 trees were removed. Scheduling was not easy as two neighbors and their schedules were involved, but they worked with us and got it done quickly. The crew came in, assessed the best strategy for doing the job, as we live on a hill, in the city, so logistics were difficult. They took out huge trees in a difficult situation, and left our grounds undisturbed and clean. Like they were never here. The limbs of these 65 foot trees had to be roped and dropped as they were very near or between houses. Nothing was harmed. The crew was extremely professional. We could not be happier with their work. Thanks

Atlanta Tree Arbors did a great job removing trees from an area that had little access. The were professional, fast and left the area looking untouched. AND . . .their crew came out when expected for a reasonable price. I would use these guys again anytime I have trees to remove or trim.

My neighbors were having several trees cut down by Atlanta Tree Arbors. Dale Messman introduced himself and asked if I had any trees that I was concerned about. I had a large Pine tree I asked him to look at and give me an estimate to cut it down and remove it. He was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain and give me options. His price was very reasonable. His crew worked in concert with each other and was efficient and quick. They did a great job of cleaning up the area when they are done too. I have since had him back to treat my trees for bugs.

Brian and his crew were prompt and professional when they skillfully removed several large limbs from a tree in my yard. They did the job right and they cleaned up when they were finished. Best of all, they did it for a great price. I highly recommend Atlanta Tree Arbors.

I had to remove a very large oak from my yard. I had several bids, then went back and got "final offers." I was getting ready to pull the trigger, when I got a Kudzu deal email. Atlanta Tree Arbors cut another 27% off the price, and actually did some additional work. They were thorough on preparing for the job - they coordinated having our power lines brought down by Ga Power. They used a crane, which meant our yard had almost no impact. And they were corteous throughout the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everything was great - lowest cost of four quotes, showed up on time, did the job as promised with zero damage to our yard. Other companies wanted to use a crane due to access issues, which would have damaged the yard. These guys brought in a crew, cut it up in sections and carried it out. And still finished in less than a full day. We highly recommend them.

Atlanta Tree Arbors ( Isaias Arce )recently completed some tree pruning on our residential property in N.W. Atlanta. We were very pleased with their fee and the tree pruning service, however, there appeared to be a challenge in the actual scheduling of appointments,no real front office to provide professional customer service, just field employees trying to do the tree work and the scheduling via a cell phone. We obtained one other estimate and Atlanta Tree Arbors was a better value.

We called to set up an appointment for a quote. They never called to confirm the appointment, just showed up when we weren't home and called us to say "I'm in your back yard now looking at the tree" and started asking questions about the tree". We felt weird about that from the start. Even if somehow there was a miscommunication about what time to come.... He should have called when no one answered the door to see if it was ok to open our back gate and go in our yard. Not call us from the back yard. Then a quote was left that looked like written by 7th grader. Then he called again a few hours later with a lower price, all in all, very weird.

I had a friend that used them and we had many companies come out and give quotes. All other companies weren't even close to the quote given. They did a great job and were able to cut down 20 trees within a day and half. Amazing work by using a pulley system and the they cleaned as they went along. I would highly recommend them!

Had a VERY UPSETTING experience. Work quoted and crew showed up on time. Dale carefully pointed out the work to be done: trimming back limbs that were over or near the house. Then he left and the non-conservation minded(non-english speaking?) tree cutter took down half a tree and removed half the canopy before even getting to the overhanging branch. When Dale returned he appologized and agreed that that was NOT what we talked about and offered to reduce his fee. The rest of the job went as described and they even did extra work taking down an additional tree. They did a good job cleaning up and were polite - but I am still left with a decimated tree. So best to be on site to watch the work being done.
