Be careful...VERY careful!
I saw an ad for a vehicle but when I got there to see it, I was told the owner was driving it for a few days. Should have taken that as a sign that this was an unprofessional group. However, I went back a few days later to see the vehicle, and then was told they were going to keep that one and the owner was going to sell his vehicle. As it was the same kind but just had higher mileage, I drove it and had it checked out. It needed a minor repair but was otherwise in great shape. I purchased the car, but wrote an addendum to the contract that they had 7 days to make the repair or the sales agreement was null and void.
3 weeks and hundreds of excuses later, the car is still not fixed. Most of my calls went unanswered and messages left for the owner were rarely returned. I have wasted many hours following up with them, but my patience has finally worn out.
Today, I am filing paperwork with the Secretary of State's Used Car group to alert them that this car violated Georgia's Clean Air Force code regarding Emissions. I gave the dealership one last opportunity to simply take the car back and refund my money, but the GM flatly refused.
My advice: buy from these guys at your own risk. And know up front that there will be NO follow up from them after the sale (even if they've violated laws).
