Was never told how much the fitting fee would be. Turned out to be 115.00
Contacts were substantially higher than quoted. Given the wrong prescription and/or sample - boxes and script didn't match. Overcharged collaborated by insurance. Given expired lens solution. Have pics too, just e-mail me to see them.

From the doctor, to the eye techs, to the sales staff, these folks are incredible. The service standard is what sets these people apart from the rest of the pack. I have purchased eyewear twice and they even remember my name when I enter the store. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and give you totally honest feedback about the eyewear you are choosing. I narrowed it down to two choices and the guy even suggested I go with the cheaper ones since they looked better on me than the more expensive ones. Plus, they discounted my second pair (I decided to get RX sunglasses too) by 50% without my even asking and gave me a substantial discount on the first pair since I was a return customer saving me hundreds of dollars. Tell them your total budget before you start shopping because they have eyewear that will cost you thousands or a few hundred dollars complete so make sure you ask before falling in love with the Chanel frames. This ain't Pearl Vision so don't go in expecting an $80 pair of glasses. The cost of the exam is in-line with everyone else and they file your insurance for you if you have vision coverage. The eye doctor is super friendly and explains everything she is doing while she is doing it. Of course, adjustments are free and they do have a very substantial selection of frames from very high end to some for more budget-friendly. If you love Lindberg frames (I'm hooked) this is the place.

My first visit was last year, and it was my first time attempting to wear contacts. I wanted to go to a small shop to get the most personal care. I have to admit I did get great personal care in learning to wear contacts, but that was offset this year when I went back for an exam. When comparing my statement from my insurance company, I learned that I was charged for services I did not receive, and charged a "discounted rate" for the services that my insurance covered! Also, when it came time to order new contacts I was verbally quoted -by the owner- 3 prices for the same contacts, each higher than the other. It makes me wonder how much I had been overcharged the previous year. Then when I called to inquire about a credit on my account, I was placed on a long hold before the owner asked to call me back. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are trying to rip me off either way I'm not going back!!

I just bought some awesome eyeglasses, they have a great selection. I got designer eyeglasses at a great price.

Needed an eye exam this month, found a fabulous doctor and optical right in my own backyard! Outstanding service and attention to detail. The doctor was incredibly attentive and I found the perfect pair of glasses to compliment my "date night" attire. The only bad part about the whole experience was only being able to get one pair of glasses this timebut I'll be back for the second Gucci pair soon!
