We had a non-emergency leak the Sunday before a Monday holiday and they were here looking into our problem after only 2 hours from the time we called. The two gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable and even took extra care in keeping our kitchen clean even when they had to cut a hole into the sheetrock to get to the leak. Will use again!... Update to the above review - that was 2 weeks ago. We still have the holes in our ceiling b/c they have yet to come out again to fix them. We call and they say they will be here at x time and then we don't hear from them; we call back and ask again and they say they'll be here in a couple of hours...and we don't hear from them. We are opening a case with the BBB. Also, they offered to give us $100.00 off the price if we gave them a good review here. I suspect that's the only reason they have so many good reviews here. Update after reading their response - we called the number listed above to book the service. Without telling us, they sent another company Robinson Mech. When we had trouble, we called the same number and spoke with Atlanta Water Lines who worked as a broker to try to resolve the issue. Since the business we called in each case is Atlanta Water Lines, and they sent Rob Mech as a representative, and they were aware of the issues, yes, I do hold them accountable and will not change my review.

I am sorry that this consumer has received poor customer service, however - Atlanta Water Lines did NOT do this work. I suggest that the customer re-read their invoice to determine who is ultimately responsible. We work hard to do the job right, and have NEVER offered money for good reviews or recommendations. We have found that our quality workmanship and attitude brings us all the word of mouth praise and recommendations that we have received. Perhaps after reading your invoice you will modify/correct your posting.
I called them on a friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. The professional came out and fixed my leak, gave me a great price and provided excellent service. I will definately call them again if I need a plumber.

Had a small leak in the water line from the meter. They came out the day I called fixed the water line for a very reasonable price. They also replaced a broken cap on my sewer line at no additional. Great guys, will certainly call again if needed.

Finding a major water line leak in my yard Saturday night, I knew that we were in a bad way. Sure that no one would be out until Monday, we were prepared to turn off the water and stick it out. But upon checking the reviews on Kudzu, we called Atlanta Water Lines. Not only did they come out Saturday night to make a temporary fix, they returned Sunday to finish the work, and do it correctly. We are very impressed with the customer service and attitude of everyone we have had contact with at Atlanta Water Lines, especially the owner. Thank you all.

I contacted Atlanta Water Lines to fix a leak in the water line between the meter and the house. While a very nice technician arrived on time the following day, there were two problems: 1) Atlanta Water Lines doesn't detect leaks, and 2) the cost to replace the entire line was $1,400. Atlanta Water Lines referred me to American Leak Detection, a company that would find the leak at a cost of between $200 and $300. Once found, Atlanta Water Lines would then repair the leak for between $250 and $450, depending on depth. I wanted a company that could both detect the leak and repair it, or replace the line if necessary. Based on Kudzu ratings, I contacted Atlantis Plumbing, and they wound up replacing the entire line on time and schedule, as well as for 30% less with a five year warranty.

when you called you asked for leak detection, our equiptment is in the repair shop this week. the total repair would have been around 450-500.that is why i referred you to american trying to help you out. we have done over 23,000 water lines with 10 year warranties. could have saved you some money.if you shopped around you could have found somebody to replace your line for around 750-800. but we are experts at this not handymen. sorry about the confussion alan ridgeway
We called at 7:00 am and by 9:30 am the job was completed. We needed the drain for our bathroom sinks (back to back) unclogged. Ryan came out and was fast and friendly. The price was great as well.

thank you, alan ridgeway
I had a terrible knocking pipe for about a year. All of the other plumbers I spoke with talked about putting in a water hammer absorber. Two were put in by the guy that installed my water heater without helping. I called Atlanta water and he helped me resolve the problem over the phone it a couple of minutes.
We had this company out to fix a plumbing problem in our home. The two service tech's that came out were very presentable and well knowledged. They were in and out as quickly as possible - leaving no mess behind. They did not run up the bill, but charged us what the original quote was. We will call them back if we need them again.

I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. I feel like they really cut me a deal the price for the amount of work that they did. I highly recommend them.

A friend of ours referred us to this company. We had them finish our basement for us and it is amazing. All our friends want to know who did it and we are all too happy to tell them.
After calling around to price our plumbing job, we settled with Atlanta Water Lines. They were the best price, and offered the best service too. They are very knowledgeable with their craft, and it shows. The work went pretty fast, and there were no surprise charges when it was finished.
These guys really are the best in town. They offer the best prices, the best service, and the best attitude. After calling several other companies I settled with Atlanta Water Lines because they truly seemed to be working to get my business.
My family had a good experience when using Atlanta Water Lines. They were very easy to deal with, and seemed more interested in fixing our problem than running up a large bill. We will be using this company again.
