First, AWL is Ridgeway Mechanical who has one of top ratings on Kudzu. Same folks. I own a 1923 house in town. Came back from lunch Monday 4/22 to see a stream flowing down driveway. Called 3... people. All said need new water line. When I spoke with AWL they said they'd have Salvadore come by first thing. At 7:30 there he was...the pipe whisperer. He took one look at my crawlspace, another at the front yard, and said "I'll go right from the meter to the house." How? See picture. Not only that, he hit the spot in my crawl space that he was aiming for like a bullseye from 30 feet away. Salvadore is my hero today, and I feel like I dodged a huge bullet. The other quotes were both high and low, but both would have "hand trenched" through decades of landscaping. He also fixed my hot water heater which my handyman had done incorrectly and saved me a couple hundred $. If you need a new water line. You will be in good hands.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Hello! If you are having water issues these guys are awesome. We had trouble with the faucet leaking in the master bath and showed it to a few other companies before we called them. They detected the... problem in no time (unlike the others) and charged a reasonable price compared to the earlier ones. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for all the help.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

We just did business with Atlanta Water Lines and we are glad that we did. Their prices were much better than the other services that we called, and the seemed "real". The were professional, but friendly - and they know their stuff. I have already scheduled an appointment with them to re-do our basement.
These guys get a big thumbs up and a 5 star rating from me and my family. They did a great job replacing our sewer line.
We dealt with Atlanta Water Lines this last week and we are glad we did. They did business with us honestly and did not try to overcharge us. They made several suggestions and saved us a lot of money. Where others just wanted a one time score - these guys seem to want our business over and over - and that of our friends. They got it!
These guys did a really good job for my family and gave us a fair price. They know what they are doing, and act like they really want your business, and know how hard it is to make a dollar anymore. They looked after us.
We did a lot of research before settling on a plumber to do our work. We called Atlanta Water Lines. The reviews here on Kudzu helped us call them, but their attitude and pricing made us choose them. They were far better than the next plumber and did the work RIGHT. We will use their services again and again.
They asked me - no matter how I felt - to go online and let others know how they felt. I asked why. Why would you ask me to do this, before you did the work. He told me - "Because it reminds us, that everyone will know what we did at this house today". He told me that it kept everyone honest, and focused on customer service. Apparently it works. These guys did a great job for my family and I will definitely use them again.
We were pleased with the integrity of everyone that we dealt with at Atlanta Water Lines. They were friendly, hard working, and easy to be around. Kinda sounds like what "we" feel is the way things are supposed to be here in the South! We are glad that we called Atlanta Water Lines, and we will be using them again when we have plumbing needs.
When I called this company they really made a good first impression. They were respectful and courteous on the phone and agreed to meet me at a time that was convenient for me. They stuck to the price I was quoted and did A+ work. I really appreciate finding such a wonderful company and will use them again.
Called Atlanta Water Lines with a leak, and they had me fixed in a big hurry. These guys showed up when they told me and didn't keep me waiting around. They did not charge me too much (and I know, cause I checked around). They were respectful of me and my stuff. My problems are gone, and I have found a new plumber.
I have been stationed away from our home here in Smyrna. I am glad to find that my wife has someone in the plumbing industry that she can call. She contacted Atlanta Water Lines to replace a hot water heater while I was gone. When I first got the letter, I thought "Oh great, a huge bill", but she was proud of herself when she showed me the bill when I returned this time. They charged a fair price for the work that they did, and they did not run up a bill on an un-knowing person. I called and spoke with the owner, Alan, and told him how glad I was that he did work for us, and the way that he does business. I have told some of the other guys, and plan on continuing to pass on the word. Thank you Atlanta Water Lines for your business ethic. It is one less thing that I have to worry about when I am not home.
This company did a great job for us. We will use them again and also refer them.
I just wanted to stop by and leave some feedback for this company. They were excellent. Their ratings and reviews don't lie.
We wanted to say thank you for the excellent work you did in replacing our sewer line. Our yard looks great, and even our neighbors were impressed. (we think some of them are going to call) We will use your service again in the future and will recommend others to you.
We recently had Mike out from Atlanta Water Lines to repair a major leak in our home. He quickly found the culprit and in no time, he had it fixed and the water back on. Even though he was in a hurry to get to his next call, he stayed long enough to explain the work and make sure we were happy.
We wanted to add our to the list of accolades for Atlanta Water Lines. They were very professional, on the phone and in person. They were very fair (price wise), and super knowledgeable (they answered all of our questions). They did the job quickly, but skillfully and cleaned up when they were finished. They made sure that we were happy and satisfied, before they left.
