Atlanta Wellness

I joined Atlanta Wellness just for the group classes and I love it. Small classes without the big gym craziness. Christine's aerobics, interval training and body sculpting have been wonderful. I'm trying new ones each week. Great atmosphere!

Christine Truhe has greatly helped me improve my strength, cardio system and balance. She structured a program that is exactly what I needed. In addtion I have lost weight and improved my over all health. this is a geat smaller facility equipped with everything you need. -Tom (65 yr old male)

I have trained at Atlanta Wellness with Christine Truhe for several years. Christine is truly one of the best at keeping you physically and mentally motivated and on track to meet your goals! She also teaches great yoga classes.

I have been a member for three years and love the classes. Christine is a wonderful, fun instructor and also offers personal training. She teaches yoga, interval training, step and weights. I would recommend this to anyone tired of the big gym atmosphere. It is a great value; check it out!

I started this morning for the Zumba class. This was an outstanding class with Zaida. OMG!!! I was amazed at how fast those moves were for Zumba. If you want to meet some good people, work out for good health, and have an excellent instructors; choose Atlanta Wellness. It's great!
