I have traveled to many yoga studios and this one has it all. A warm and inviting atmosphere with knowledgeable teachers. They make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. They have classes for every level. I can't say enough about this place!

Its a very postive and energising exercise...Its the most wonderful thing to keep urself healthy and fit. They instructors are very friendly and give you enough time to perfect a little tough exercise...Environment is too good and makes you feel relaxed.

This was a great place to come and relax and enjoy a wonderful session of Yoga. The staff was very well educated and made me feel very comfortable seeing that this was my first yoga experiance. I'll definitely be back!

This is my favorite studio in the city so far. Vaulted ceiling, great lighting, hardwood floor and good temperature create the perfect environment. Instructors also took time to correct my positions. I've stopped into 3 other studios in town that were either too humid, had fluorescent lighting, office style industrial carpet, dropped ceilings or smelled bad.

If you want a hard Ashtanga-style yoga work out, this is the best studio in Atlant and I have been to alot of them. Loft-like studio with music and candles is best location. The style is Ashtanga, which is fast-moving, warm but not hot, both strength building and works up a good sweat. Between the style of yoga, environment, and good teachers, this is my favorite yoga studion in Atlanta.
