Team was led to above-average workmanship and cooperation by an "on-the-job" honest, forthright leader. I am not a computer person so it has taken me a long time to get this review done. Not only do I have a beautiful (everyone knows it's new) roof but I also have a lovely garden bathtub. The old skylite gave way to a new beautiful window. Ingenuity and an artistic leaning to accomplish the fine, finished product. New roof means security and new window means beauty!

Best bid, detailed contract, many choices of quality materials, very high quality workmanship, and customer care. 4400 square foot roof 90% removed and replaced in one day. Second day was finish up, some gutter and downspout work, and very thorough cleanup. Vents modernized, inproved flashing where rot was found. Customer satisfaction ensured throughout the entire process.

I had other people come out to price my roof and they said they would send me an estimate and then I never heard from them again but not so with Trace. He went up on the roof came down and dicussed shingle types (I wanted the architectural type)and wrote up a bid/contract. Trace said someone would call me Monday to schedule a time and someone called Monday just like he said. The work was scheduled - we had a rain delay but they were out a couple of days later and did the work with all the clean up. The roof looks great and you would never know that major work had been done around the house other than a great looking roof!
