Sold a new AC unit which works OK. However, I had a home inspection (a week later) and the inspector said it needed to be level. I made an appointment 4 times and they never showed up. A common theme for this company is that they don't return to do any service or follow-up action (as seen from all of the posts).

First man came out could not get air conditioning to come on. Said we needed a new unit for $1500.He rewired system back up wrong. I fixed $11 breaker and asked them if they could come back and hook wire up correctly and finish what they were paid for. Second man came back and I showed him how they had rewired wrong. Moved wires and unit came on. Second man said the first man was right and unless I paid them $135 they were not going to finish job. So much for ads in the newspaper where we got the name from.

Company sold me a 3 ton Carrier with evaporator. Installer tore out the old evaporator & could not install the new one. He tore out the old duct work and could not get the new one to work correctly. He cut our a large piece of sheetrock in my hallway but never repaired it. I made 5 appointments with the company to come back and repair the sheetrock but the man never came. I made 3 appointments with the installer to come and do duct work but he never returned. The original install date was 21 July 2005. I have asked for the paperwork on my system on 6 occasions and still have never received the warranty or any other paperwork on my system.
