Your clothes should not end up looking worse after drycleaning. And if you only dryclean the expensive clothes or delicate fabric clothes, it hurts when they end up looking worse than when they went in. I used them on a few occasions and this is the complete result: a black dress lost its hem and had to be re-sewn; a jacket lost its hem in several places and has a lot of loose buttons and loose thread; a beige jacket has loose buttons; and a pair of wool shorts lost its stitching to the lining, now the lining is hanging out from the shorts. They just don't care enough to do a good job. Let's not begin to hammer on other issues such as poor customer service, and mis-matched pricing on the clothes. I'll save that for another review.
