Atlantic Relocation Systems

We had to use Atlantic Storage to store our valuable furniture while we repaired our home from a water (burst pipe) disaster. They are very professional and took care of us. We hightly recommend Atlantic Storage for your relocation needs.

I was not at all impressed with my moving experience with this company. I don't know anyone personally who had used them before and I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone I actually like. The actual movers who came to my home were very good at what they did, although they had absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. One of the three guys uttered maybe 10 words to me the entire time they were in my home. Not friendly at all. But they did a good job so I overlooked that. My problem was with the coordinator I had. I am not one to name names, my coordinator was sub par. He rarely returned my calls and seemed to be out of the office a lot. When I would finally get a hold of him he acted as if I was wasting his time. After all I had paid for my move in full up front. And in comparison to other moving companies Atlantic Relocation is pretty expensive, but I went with them because I thought I could trust them. I was wrong. A lot of my belongings arrived broken and damaged. What was my coordinator's response to that, that's what you have insurance for. My advice if your looking for a moving company, overlook this one.

I read the review below and could not believe it. I used Atlantic to move my family to California last summer. I have moved over 15 times in my career and this was the best experience I have had. Mike Orlin was my rep and he was straightforward from the beginning to end. If I had any concerns he responded quickly. Our crew led by Glenn was as professional as I have had and would recommend them to anyone I know. I was referred to Atlantic by a satisfied customer who had moved overseas and their experience mirrored mine.

Prior to hiring these guys I checked them out online and saw they seemed to have a lot of positive feedback, boy was I wrong.I'm 100% certain that more then half their positive feedback online has been written by their own employees to make them appear to be a good company. My move last year should have been simple, but from the minute the guys arrived to pack my stuff it all went down hill. Mike Orlin from Atlantic Relocation Systems in Atlanta sent the worst packers to my house. They were slow, unprofessional and took several smoke breaks, not to mention they were rude with bad attitudes. By the time my stuff finally arrived at my new home I was so relieved to finally be done with them that I didn't even contact Mike about ALL of the things of mine that broke in the move. I went over his head and I lodged a complaint. Or so I thought, since nothing has ever come from it. I would stay clear of this company. I have warned all my friends and family.

I used this company for my move and it was the worst mistake I have ever made!! They charged far more then initially quoted, packed everything terribly and then played with us on delivery dates and always had an excuse. Going with them was a terrible decision, please don't make the same mistake.
