Jason spent his afternoon giving us an estimate for our house to re-plumb most of the external pipes. Not only was he honest and limited the job to *only* 1/4th of the piping (there was nothing wrong... with the rest of the pipes!), but he told us that removing the tree and roots was unnecessary, saving us well over $1,000.00 in total. He spent an hour putting a camera in our pipes for free to make sure that he limited the job to only what we *had* to do. No up-charging for a bigger job than what was needed. I truly appreciate this company and Jason's expertise. Finally a trustworthy source for your plumbing needs!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Jeremy rerouted an old sink drain after it became filled with disposal refuse. The drain was brought up to current standards and the repair simplified the system. We have used Atlantis before and they are easy to work with.
Jason and Bobby pursued the root cause of my sewer backup when previous plumbers would not, and found I was on a septic tank instead of a sewer. The boss, Wayne, warned of all the possible complications of 14+ years with no maintenance. They set my system to right for an excellent price, and when no complications arose they didn't try to introduce any extra costs. Every step of the way Atlantis checked and doublechecked that the right action was being taken to resolve my problem. They never acted rashly on assumptions. Even though it took a few days to complete the work due to heavy rain, they made sure I could use my system as normal while the work was being done. Atlantis was amazing and will be my first choice for my plumbing needs.
After my pipes froze, I had a difficult time finding a plumber. All the other plumbers were booked with customers with similar problems. Atlantis Plumbing was able to come out next day. While I appreciate their prompt availability, the repair work was sub-par. The "plumber" identified and repaired three leaks. It was easy to find those three leaks because the drywall had busted out where the pipes broke. He failed to find an additional leak, which I found shortly after he left. It would have been nice to have a plumber with the proper tools/technology to detect hidden leaks. The invoice was not very detailed. I was given a price without an explanation as to how it was derived. Being in a middle of an emergency, I didn't argue much.
I hate to hear customers giving such bad feed back when many of the services companies in town have worked so hard to try to restore water to as many customers as possible. In the last two weeks me and my plumbers have been averaging over 80 hours a week trying to fix frozen pipes. Houses in GA were not designed to withstand such cold temps and many customers were negligent to try to protect their plumbing. The temperatures by some accounts were at 20 yr record lows. I have averaged only a few hours a sleep a night as we received endless amounts of flooding houses. One day last week we received over 4000 phone calls in one day, almost all no water or flooding houses due to frozen pipes. In terms of my business model, that means overloading the system, the office girls almost walked out on me. Our trucks were low on material, the wholesalers were sold out of repair material, home depots plumbing shelves were empty and we had waiting lists of over 100 customers at some points. Every plumber in town was busy. Finding leaks on every house was not easy as some houses had ice plugs in the line with fixtures not working. It would have been nice if I could have shipped in 200 more plumbers from Florida for two weeks to help with the extra work, but unfortunately that was not possible. When all my plumbers are trying their best to move quickly and restore water to our regular customers, elderly, schools, restaurants and even some of the guys owns homes,.......I do not like how people still have almost no appreciation. I am sick from working in wet clothes for twelve hours a day, 2 of our plumbers have pneumonia. If there was an additional leak at your home that we did not see, did you call back and report it to the office? If we did something wrong, call me and I will try to make it right. I am doing my best to catch 100 times the call volume of a normal day. We are now 3 weeks away from the first heavy freeze and still customers are calling with no water and freeze damaged pipes. If you have any questions, please call and talk. Thanks, Mike Whitman 678-634-3775
Excellent, knowledgeable and quality workmanship, and always friendly professional communication. When Shelby looked at the problem, he knew exactly how to solve it, saving me the cost of unnecessary repairs resulting in a very fair price. I would highly recommend this fine company to solve any plumbing needs.
I talked to John and he said that the plumbers would be here at the time they said they would. He was very professional and the service was excellent. Jack & Berry came (I was pleasantly surprised to see two people) and they diagnosed the issues and took care of them. They knew what they were doing and were great people as well. I would highly recommend them! Outstanding!!!
The Atlantis crew did a great job replacing the water line from my house to the water meter due to a leak in my front yard. Price was very reasonable (less than I expected). They worked in the pouring rain and go the job done. – Thanks
Jon did a great service, came on time and finished on time as well. I will definitely be calling back!
Called and John quickly came out and fixed our shower within 1.5 hours! Can't beat the speed/service.
I rarely write reviews about companies, as evident by the fact that I initially posted this under the wrong heading!! My comments are about the outstanding service I received from Atlantis Plumbing, Inc, on Jan. 1/25. Great company. I had a leak in my water line in the yard. Called them and they came out quickly and did a great, great job. They did quality work, did it quickly and THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE. Particular kudos to Jon - the plumber who came initially. He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and caring. He and the crew stayed on the job until it was done and even cleaned up the yard well. Thank you, Atlantis. Thank you, Jon, and crew. Job well done.
I got frustrated with my faucet and did some rash things to the poor thing. John was a gentleman who took care of the issue (and two others in the same bathroom) quickly and effectively. I would recommend them.
Our hot water heater burst and they were out within an hour, they even had a another contractor come get the water up in the garage and kitchen. They were very helpful and our insurance gave us a break for caling them so quick. They had ur hot water heater replaced and we had hot water withing four hours, and just in time for Thanksgiving. Price was not bad, but we were in a bind, and they came through, no regrets, they did good work. the contractor they sent cleaned up well and saved our tile floor in the kitchen. Would call them again.
I had an issue where my main line was backed up. I interviewed two other reputable companies and they wanted $400+ just to camera the line and just gave me a bad vibe. I called Atlantis and Jeff came out at 10pm on a Sunday. I gave him the history and he had the main toilet up and camera'd the main line within 15 minutes. He showed me the tree roots in the main line and gave me my options. He recommended replacing the line as the most efficient long-term approach. He replaced the main line the next morning. Jeff is the only plumber that I have ever met that did not try to negotiate a side deal to do the job cheaper. I really appreciated his honesty, integrity, workmanship, and professionalism. His prices were very fair and I am having him address several other issues in the home. Thank you Atlantis for hiring such dependable and honest employees. I definitely will refer you to all my friends and neighbors.
My main water line broke and Bryan came by gave me a quote and had it fixed the next day. Great service. Bryan was very polite and patient
My main water line in the front yard was replaced today by Atlantis Plumbing. I had a very positive experience working with this company. Bryan was knowledgeable, personable and provided a level of service and care that made an unpleasant situation much better. He updated me throughout the process and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. I appreciate Bryan and Brandon's help and will not hestitate in reaching out again when there is a problem.
