Tim & Josh came on short notice on a Saturday to look for a mysterious leak. They were extremely methodical & were able to identify the source of issues without spending a lot of money diagnosing. ... They worked on 2 toilets, the regulator, & the water heater. They were quick and professional. If you see them roll up, you're in good hands.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Jeff came out on a Sunday to clear a clog in my sewer line. He was persistent and eventually got the line flowing -- buying me some time until we can get a repair done. Thanks!

I had an issue where my main line was backed up. I interviewed two other reputable companies and they wanted $400+ just to camera the line and just gave me a bad vibe. I called Atlantis and Jeff came out at 10pm on a Sunday. I gave him the history and he had the main toilet up and camera'd the main line within 15 minutes. He showed me the tree roots in the main line and gave me my options. He recommended replacing the line as the most efficient long-term approach. He replaced the main line the next morning. Jeff is the only plumber that I have ever met that did not try to negotiate a side deal to do the job cheaper. I really appreciated his honesty, integrity, workmanship, and professionalism. His prices were very fair and I am having him address several other issues in the home. Thank you Atlantis for hiring such dependable and honest employees. I definitely will refer you to all my friends and neighbors.

We recently had Butch complete a big plumbing job for us (replacing the main sewer line in our yard). He came out to provide an estimate on a Sunday and was able to complete the work as soon as we decided to use him. The price was fair and he and his partner worked hard for the entire day. We are very satisfied, and will definitely use them again in the future!

My main water line in the front yard was replaced today by Atlantis Plumbing. I had a very positive experience working with this company. Bryan was knowledgeable, personable and provided a level of service and care that made an unpleasant situation much better. He updated me throughout the process and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. I appreciate Bryan and Brandon's help and will not hestitate in reaching out again when there is a problem.

The plumber came in the house, flushed one toilet, and claimed that all three toilets needed to be replaced and they recommended a certain brand, costing $500 each. There was no consideration given to whether or not there was any blockage in the line or the vent needed to be cleaned.

Another free estimate gone wrong. 1 star for a free estimate by a licensed plumber. If only the 3 identical 40 year old toilets are clogging and running slow for years. The tubs, sinks, clothes washer and dishwasher are draining fine. The toilets flush poorly and are not low flow compliant. The price was give for a good high quality Kohler toilet, stop and supply line. Builders grade toilets would have cost half. I'm sorry there was no miracle snaking for $50 that was going to solve your problem. Cleaning some mineral deposits from the toilets could have made some difference but no significant change. Where is your review of the plumber who solved your problem for under $100? Mike Whitman, Atlantis Plumbing, 770-505-8570
Two days before we were scheduled to leave on vacation, I had an issue with a toliet in my home. I needed someone to check out the problem before we left. I called many plumbers only to get their voice mail or no answer. I found Atlantis Plumbing online and called. A "live" person answered and she said she could schedule someone for the next day. A few hours later, I got a call from the repair man, Wayne, who said he could come out on the same day. Within 5 hours, my problem was solved! Wayne, was a great technician and very professional. I was recommend these guys for any service.

Atlantis sent a plumber out almost immediately! Thorston was clear in his explanation to me, and fixed the problem quickly. I've saved this company in my list of favorites and will happily use them again. Great service and good value. The price was a little on the high side, but worth it.

After using two other services that didn't succeed in unclog my kitchen drain, Wayne from Atlantis guaranteed to unclog my drain or he wouldn't charge me. That was really reassuring. Wayne and his trainee went to work diagnosing the problem, brought the equipment in and solved the problem. My double kitchen want from having sludge in both drains to running clean and clear. They also guaranteed their work for six months. They also made some recommendations on keeping my sink clear and trouble-free. I know it has only been a day or two since they were here, but two other companies led me to believe that the problem was solved only to result in continued back ups and slow drains.I could have saved a lot of money if I had called them first. I know that if my other drains ever clog I will definitely only call them..they will stay with it until it is right. It is good feeling to have my kitchen back.\r

I recently got the repipe work done for our home by Atlantis Plumbing. The price quoted by the company was not the lowest but I am glad that we got the work done by this company. Shelby and Braxton were very professional in their plumbing work. JC, assisted by Albert and Brice, were great in their repair of sheetrock. Mike has been excellent in customer service. He made sure that any minor issues were handled promptly and professionally.

Can't say enough nice things about Atlantis! Wonderful, fast service on a holiday weekend when our drains backed up due to blocked line. They worked hard to get the job done before the tropical storm moved through. Price was much better than the company we used when we first moved in. Wonderful customer service. Atlantis will be my first call for all my plumbing needs from now on!

We had leaking water bubbling from a broken water main line in the yard. The first contractor I called charged us a nonrefundable $129, just to look at the house and tell us we needed a new water line. From a friend at work, I received a reference for Atlantis Plumbing.Tom with Atlantis came out and gave us a quote of $400 less than the other plumbing company and made me feel comfortable with proceeding with the repair work. He got the utilities located, hand dug under my sidewalk and stayed away from my mature landscaping. They even set us up a temporary line until the job was complete. It was done on time and on budget. Tom is great at explaining what is needed and addressed our questions we had completely. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to give a referral to Atlantis Plumbing.

I was not impressed from the service; knowledge and performance of the plumber arrived to my home. The plumber wants $125 dollar for fixing a toilet leak and $250 for connecting the refrigerator to water. It took me less than 2 minute to connect the water pipe to refrigerator. The toilet leaks was a result of a loss washer I just needed to tight the loss washer. I will never use themů

Joe, It appears that you cannot even afford a free estimate on service. Next time you should look at doing the work yourself before getting three free estimates on repairing your toilet. I cannot believe that you can give a bad review to us and to multiple other contractors just for giving an estimate. Do you get estimates from plumbers and other service providers to learn how to repair things on your own? Based on your current average review of 9 other service providers, with almost everyone at 1 star, you are not an easy person to please and probably not a good customer in general. If replacing your ice maker valve, pipe and supply line connector took you only two minutes you must be a genius and well prepared. If I have misinterpreted how this free estimate was provided please call me. Mike Whitman, Atlantis Plumbing 770-505-8570
