I called Atlantis on Tuesday after not having hot water over the holiday weekend. No one else could come out the same day. They scheduled for the afternoon;then they called to say that they could... come at lunch time. It was a welcome surprise. Usually companies call to say they are going to be later. Bryan showed up and was very professional and knowledgable. We decided a new water heater was needed. They called and scheduled someone to put it in that afternoon at a reasonable price. Thanks to Atlantis, I could enjoy a warm bath again.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I have used Atlantis often over the years. Today installed a new kitchen faucet. Great job, fair price.

I called Atlantis Plumbing on July 4 to come and diagnose a leak in my basement. Notwithstanding the holiday, Tim and Branden showed up on time. They paid attention to my explanations, and asked clear diagnostic questions. It did not take long for Tim to diagnose the source of the leak, and put me in touch with another contractor who called right away, and scheduled a same-day repair. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing and will certainly be calling them in the future, if I run into any plumbing issues. Thank you Tim and Branden.

Me and my sister have had numerous contractors come in here and they messed alot of stuff up with our plumbing but we called Tim, Josh and Chris. They had no problem coming here and fixing things for us. They did an amazing job and they are a great group of guys!! Appreciate them very much.

We have used AP for two of our homes and their level of service and pricing is amazing. It is always difficult to find good service and companies that stand behind their work. Tim, Kris and Josh service our basement - they filled in an area around a pipe that was leaking from outside and they did an awesome job.

Chris Massey installed an IKEA bathroom sink into an IKEA cabinet. Two other plumbers looked at it, had no clue. Chris had done it, was totally familiar, gave a reasonable quote. He did a first-rate job; it looks terrific, the plumbing is tight as a drum. Chris is totally professional- knowledgeable, courteous, friendly- everything you want a plumber to be. He is now our go-to guy for plumbing, and has our highest recommendation.

I called Atlantis for a backup in our basement. They found 2 breaks in the pipe but advised us to replace whole main sewer line. I confirmed with another company. Unfortunately I went through another company to get main water line replaced. Ran into MANY MANY MANY problems. Despite us using a different company for the job, Wayne and Mike came out and actually worked with the other company to get me out of a horrible nightmare I was having with plumbing. They helped out of courtesy and nothing else!!! They are very personable and knowledgable. Mike literally went in a muddy hole for us to get the job done! Highly would recommend them.

What an ungrateful review! Never one call or email to the office about the complaint. Just a bad review on November 19th. After investigation I finally found out which project this was. Where we worked the yard looks good to me but would not hurt to hire a landscaper for the whole yard in general. Our scope of work did not include replanting your grass, filling in the sink hole dug by the other plumbing company 20 feet away from the work area, picking up existing fallen branches, repairing holes dug by the county water department or replacing your driveway. The whole public road probably needs to be resurfaced. On my trip out to check the asphalt patch we put down maybe 12SF of area, the asphalt looks okay but not perfect. However, there is a major hole 10" deep in the middle of the road in front of your house left by the water department when they put in your new irrigation meter. That looks more dangerous than anything. Did you forget to mention that last plumbing company that started your sewer line gave up on your job, did you leave them a bad review? Was there a reason they installed a brand new sewer from your house to the street and gave up? They had the equipment to dig the sewer all the way from the house to the street but could not figure out how to finish the job? I would assume they have a plumbing license like me and are allowed to connect to the sewer. Why not mention that there are other holes up and down the street? If we had not found the original 90 year old sewer line to the house, you would have had no sewer to your $2 million house. Then it would have cost a lot more than what we charged you. I tried calling multiple times to your phone number with no return calls. I also stood onsite and tried texting and calling from Wayne's phone. If you would like to meet onsite, or call on the phone and explain to me what your expectations are for the road repair, I will go remove the asphalt patch and stand over the asphalt contractor when they do the patch and run the compactor. I will make it the nicest 12 sf of asphalt on the road. We are not a pavement contractors, but if takes me a few hours of my time and a few hundred dollars in hot mix asphalt. I will supervise re-patching the part of the road we worked next to. Please call me at 770-505-8570 or send me an email at email@example.com. Thanks, Mike Whitman
The line from our water meter to our house broke and we called Atlantis Plumbing on a recommendation from a neighbor. Brian came to our house about 90 minutes after we called Atlantis on Saturday morning to give us options. We were put on the schedule for the following Tuesday and Brian made sure we a had temporary water connection. Brian and James showed up early Tuesday morning and they had the pipe replaced by 2PM that afternoon. They were able to replace the entire pipe with minimal digging and no disruption to the sidewalk or any landscaping. Excellent Job.

Cy did a great job on a difficult repair. We had a cracked shower drain in our master shower on the second floor-right over the center of our family room above a ceiling fan. He found and repaired the crack with a minimiun of fuss. We just needed a new water heater and who did we remember? Cy of course.

Reggie did a great job, from providing a flat rate quote that was the best we received to showing up early for the installation. Worked in the rain on the weekend to replace the blue Poly water line from the meter to the copper in the house. He and his helper are all business and completed the job in excellent time. double checked everything and verified no leaks before leaving the site. Would recommend them to others, and use them again myself

Called Atlantis for toilet leak. Herman contacted me the night before and I gave him a brief description of the leak and possible sources of the problem. He called with 1hr lead time and arrived early. Performed the camera on the lines and identified the rooter issue. He also replaced the toilet seal. Overall good service and valuable recommendations.
