We were recommend by a friend to check out Attention to Detail home remodeling. Being an IT person, I made sure I did my homework and found that they are one of the few remodelers that have processes in place and a Gnatt Chart for time/task movement. Very impressive, but I was even more impressed after meeting the team. All was on budget and they were only one week past dead-line (but it was our fault as I added stuff) Over all and excellent job and would recommend them to someone wanting quality and service

Project within budget and 95% complete by deadline (we were able to make full use of space by deadline). All mistakes or miscommunications were responded to in a reasonable amount of time and resolved to our complete satisfaction. The workers kept the work area clean and sealed off the rest of our home. David Sturm, the owner, spent a lot of time with us setting expectations and developing the project scope/details, budget, and time frame. He shared many ideas and suggestions with us about things to think about and explore. For example, we have a large main sink due to David's urging... it's so much more functional than our former double sink! Our project manager, Gary Suzor, was a delight to work with... he communicated with us well and often. He and his team explored ideas with us for varying ways to approach a problem/issue... they were generous with their time and open to talking through the work being done. We absolutely LOVE the kitchen design by Schuon Kitchen and Bath (http://www.skbi.com). We would not change anything... perfectly suits our needs!

Gorgeous work done by true professionals. I want to say how professional the team of Attention to Detail Home Remodeling is. From the first contact to the design team to the finest product. I was very impressed by the completeness of the scope of work (outlined EVERYTHING to be done in my home) and the gantt chart which told me when things would be done. Their team was always on time, kept me informed, and turned my master bath into my own serenity space. My basement's new home theater is now the perfect place for my husbands football game-day crew and I get my den back! Will recommend to all friends and family!!

We are interviewing contractors to finish off our basement, and ATD was called. Elise came in the door, and we walked into the basement. After a few questions, she announced that ATD was not a "good fit" for her company. and she left. Post Script: The owner of ADT has made contact with me, and I am certain that Elise was not an adequate representative of their company. Unfortunately, I had already signed a contract with another contractor; but I would gladly recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We take our homeowner relationships very seriously and appreciate your feedback as it is a great tool to improve ourselves & our processes. We strive for diligence and take pride in our ability to listen to homeowners' ideas and thoughts in an effort to create their 'dream' remodel. We explain to all of our homeowners that our detailed approach to a remodeling project provides a higher value. Attention To Detail uses top quality products and highly skilled craftsmen, although we are not a fit for everyone, we will provide a referral to a trusted and reputable remodeling company that may be a better fit for the client's budget. Thank you again for the opportunity!
I called Attention to Detail to work on my bathroom remodel. After waiting on a return call for a few days, I called again. And again I waited a few days for a return call. Hoping this was an office mix-up, I tried once more and actually scheduled an onsite visit with David. He came out, seemed pretty rushed during our discussion. This was evident in my quote (which was about a week late)which had quite a few things way off from my plan. I called back and had him make some alterations. The next quote arrived and I was ready to begin the project, even though it was high. Thats when my husband said to wait and see if they called back to earn the business. They never did. Poor follow-through and a lack of attention is the reason I will not choose them to even bid for another job.

Please let me begin by stating that we sincerely apologize for leaving a valued, potential client feeling anything less than completely satisfied. Our kitchen is fabulous. But David's attention extended far beyond the details of our kitchen. As our main level is mostly one large, open space, most of it became off-limits during the remodel. We relocated our lives (and our pets) to the basement, which was a tight fit when most of our kitchen equipment and all our family members tried to occupy the space at once. This was hardest on my son, who has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Change in routine, particularly in his home environment, is very difficult for him. One day, I mentioned to David that my son was literally climbing the walls in the basement while we tried to make dinner. Several days later, David delivered a gift: a booklet titled "What's Happening to My Kitchen?" complete with pictures, checklists and rough timelines. It seems that David's wife, Alison, had an acquaintance familiar with autism spectrum disorders, and sought her expertise in creating this booklet. My son was so enthralled that he slept with it that night.

David and his crew at Attention to Detail live up to their name. From the first meeting to the final product, I have never been anything but thrilled with the results and thankful there are people in the industry such as David that I can call on for such services. The first time we hired David (2000)it was to renovate our kitchen and bathroom floors. Upon coming home to our beautiful new floors David had also fixed the incorrect wiring in our dishwasher (which we had no idea was done incorrectly by a previous contractor). This first wonderful experience has led to many years as not only my professional go-to contact but a great friendship as well. We also had them do our master bathroom. Came out excellent. I loved the fact they answered all of my questions, made me feel like I was the only project they had. We had a problem with the cabinets, but instead of pointing fingers, they just took care of it. Will use them again and again.

David and his Attention to Detail team did an excellent job remodeling the shower in my master bathroom. David made suggestions for easy upgrades I had not thought about, yet were also within my budget. The workers were friendly, polite and knowledgeable whenever I had questions. Everyone made sure the work was done to my satisfaction - and I can honestly say that they exceeded! I highly recommend Attention to Detail for any home remodeling projects.

I have two small children and wanted blinds that were non-toxic as well as affordable. I tried going to specialty stores, online, hardware store chains, etc. but could not find a good price with a good product. David did an excellent job of getting me just what I wanted without a crazy price tag. I was even able to afford cordless blinds for the kid rooms, which gives me lots of piece of mind. Wonderful company!

I really love what they did for me and our family with the whole house remodel. (kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, front porch) First, I interviewed other remodelers, Attention to Detail Home Remodeling stood out of the crowd with their professionalism, procedures and scope of work. They understood my budget (even if I didn't) and coached me through there Budget Development process to make sure I was still on track. They cleaned up daily and took extra effort on Fridays so I could show off the progress to friends on the weekends. You will not be disappointed with them. One thing I would like to point out. At first going over what they call the feasibility report which ballparks the price, they were the highest, but the owner asked me to ask the other companies to what they left out, and guess what? They did leave out a bunch of stuff. Found out one of them likes to "lowball" and then add change work orders during the construction. They met my expectations and excessed them.

When we purchased our new home, David recommended that we spray-foam insulate the attic. After some extensive research, we agreed and the price quoted was in line with what we found during our research. After having it done, we were AMAZED! The first night, we noticed that the upstairs bedrooms were more comfortable than usual. A month later, I accidentally turned off the upstairs furnace for a couple of nights when the outside temps were in the low teens. It took me two nights to notice, because the house wasn't bleeding heat out through the attic. I highly recommend having this procedure to anyone who plans to be in their home more than 5 years... and I regularly recommend David and his team at Attention to Detail.

ATD remodeled our half bath several years ago and when the time came to finish our basement there was no doubt who would do the work. ATD executed our project in the manner and time frame promised and was also tidy, accessible, responsive, and honest during all phases. The folks at ATD understood our needs and offered suggestions without trying to "upsell" us. All of the recommended vendors and subcontractors were top notch. I will definitely use ATD when it is time for our next project.

We paid them $1500 for the design phase of our master bathroom and ended up with very little to show for it. The designer they brought in moved to Japan before the project was started. As things proceeded we asked for cost estimates so we could remain in our budgets. Pricing was not provided to guide us. Designs did not pay attention to detail. The shower door would cover the towel rack, so you could not get a towel when in the shower. The electrical outlets were to be hidden at the sinks, but with the door arrangement they chose, you could access the hair dryer etc from one side only. They sent us to InDesign for a four hour session then said we would not be using them, but they charged that time against us. We did three trips to Marmi, their approved vendor and never got pricing or even names for the marble/granite we saw. The vanity counter design measurements would have placed the end of the vanity inside the bath tub! The estimate was twice one that we settled on with the same design parameters. BE CAREFUL.

ATD remodeled our master bath. We were very nervous since this was our first time ever remodeling; but David was very good about explaining the process and walking us through it all so we knew what to expect. We met with their designer and reviewed some options - David made sure we were comfortable with the designer's ideas and that we stayed within our budget. The designer was very good at noting our tastes and choosing materials that suited our style. And David would bring us samples of materials to look at in person so we had a better idea of what we would be ordering. David's team was professional in their communication with us, thorough in their cleanup (they walled off the non-work areas with zipper-access plastic sheets - so we could get into those areas when we needed, but kept the areas dust-free; and floors were lined with sticky paper so debris from work boots were not tracked throughout the house), and made sure not to miss a thing when completing the work. They turned our out of date bathroom into a simply beautiful masterpiece - like a bathroom at a boutique hotel - that we can show off to our guests and friends, and the end result was just fantastic! We would definitely recommend Attention to Detail Home Remodeling in a heartbeat and plan to use them for our next big remodeling project.
