I choose Audio Express because their alarm system prices seemed good with the "one dollar install". When I went to pay they suggested I get the "Extra Care Package", from what they told me this protected me from damages done to my car during installation and any problems with the system after. I declined since the "Extra Care Package" almost doubled the cost. Not only are the advertised prices misleading but the employees don't really no what "Customer Service" means. I had scheduled time to get the alarm installed and when I arrived on-time they told me it would be another two hours before they could get to my car. I had to reschedule another time to have it done, again the second time fell through. If I hadn't already paid I would have gone somewhere else and since I had declined the "Extra Care Package", it meant that I also declined any refunds. I ended up having to show up a half hour before they opened one morning to wait in line for the install. They told me it would take about two hours for the install and that they would call me when it was done. Two hours later I had not heard from them, so I waited another hour. Still no calls, four hours after I dropped my car off I decided to call. They told me it was ready and I could pick it up. When I arrived to pick it up I asked how long it took to install, I expected to hear "Four Hours", but they guy told me it only took about 45 mins! That is an impressive time, but why didnt they call me like they said! Never Again!
