said one thing and did another, 9/11/2008

i brought in my first generation rx-7 and explained what i was looking for in an alarm. After deciding i was told they were out of stock with that particular model and that they would sell me the... next model up for the same price. Nearly three hours later i picked up my car only to find out that the install tech couldnt finish the job and that i would need to come back another day to have it finished. he also mentioned that it was called a code alarm and that i should have purchased a better alarm. when i brought up the fact that i was buying a viper alarm he quickly changed the subject to my headlights and door switches. I didnt think anything about it until later that night when i looked up the manual online and noticed my remote was not the remote on the manual. the worst part about it is that the only one feature i asked for in an alarm, i did not get. i am very displeased and would not recomend this store to anyone

love the product, didnt like the install., 3/18/2008

I recently brought in my one week old 350 ZX in for an alarm system and to purcharse Sirius radio. Happy with the deal but heres what I didnt like. For one, when I purchased the items and gave a... down payment, I was billed for extended warranties, which was never discussed with me, had to have manager change bill of sale. Then the install, the team scrathed and cut several little nicks in the one week old dashboard. After informing mgr, he did hire someone to fix the dash but this should have never happened if installers cared about what they were doing. Will not visit again.

Good At Listening To Customers Needs

I went in with a car that I wanted to spend a couple grand installing. the other guys didnít hear me when I said money was no object and tried to give me the basics. The Sales rep put together a great package and I was very happy with the outcome. Of course when I told them that money was no object they overcharged me a little. but not by much. they could have given me a better deal for all the stuff I bought. I would go back again. but next time might haggle on price a little more.
