Terrible
I have no idea how they stay in business. Told me they had the item in stock and as my deadline drew near, the told me it was back ordered and did not know when it might arrive. They ordered the item from another company and cost me several hundred dollars more. The rep told me he looked up the tracking number and that they should be receiving it later that same day. Still did not have item the following day and was told,"Oh, that's strange. The tracking says it just arrived in Phoenix this morning." Yeah, right! I will NEVER do business with them again.
