The first visit went ok. The next visit I waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Then I was delayed more as (I guess) a more important patient came in, sat down and everyone flocked to him. After that my next 3 appointments kept getting postponed by them. I gave up seeing them after my crown. During my crown procedure I got quoted a higher price than before I went in. They had no clue what they were doing. Took them over a half hour to figure it out. They delayed my next appointment 3 times. I never saw Dr. Haley. I mean never. I have to find a new dr. to fix why the tooth the crown is on. It is giving me more pain than before the crown. On my last visit I paid off majority of my bill. I had less than $100 after a $1000 procedure. I received a letter from a collection agency a week later. This was after I told the receptionist I will pay in full the next week.

I've been to this office several times over the course of three years. In the beginning all was well. However, most recently I've noticed there's a new dentist, assistant and hygienist every time I visit. This makes me feel like I'm visiting a free clinic (that's not free)! The dental hygienists and assistants are unsanitary! They don't wash their hands and the LAST time I wen't of them didn't wear gloves as she handled the equipment!! and said the reason why she wasn't wearing gloves is because it's against OSHA policy!!! As a result, I won't be returning ever again. Unfortunately, they hire dirty idiots!! Save your money and spare your life by going somewhere else.

I chose this dentist because it was in my insurance plan. Upon signing in, I noticed ants crawling on the front desk (this should have been a sign to leave). I thought I would see Dr. Hailey, but Dr. Oh was there. She came in to do my exam and was very rude and abrupt, appearing exasperated to even answer my questions. There were also 3 staff members who just "tagged along" with her into the exam room. No privacy and extremely poor bedside manner. She told me I would need a root canal and 2 crowns and then left the room to let the hygenist (who was my only positive encounter) answer all of my in-depth questions. Upon getting a second opinion, it turns out that I didn't need a root canal at all!! I don't know about Dr. Hailey, but Dr. Oh is sub-standard!! Go back to dental school to learn appropriate bedside manner!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. They messed up on my root canal its been 3 months. They agreed to refund my money but now are avoiding me. Office Manager is very rude. They have a lot of turn over so no one knows what they are doing.

I read these poor reviews before I ever chose this place however I've heard such great things about Dr. Haley so I decided to give this place a shot. I've been going here for 2 years and I'VE NEVER SEEN DR. HALEY! So I guess I was dooped into this place for no reason. My husband and I have the same insurance but have different dentists. Why is it that he can go and get a filling for FREE and I'm charged $80? He can get a cleaning for free but I'm charged $200. This place is ridiculous. I've been told several times that I will receive a call back and they NEVER CALL! I end up waiting weeks and even months to get a basic cleaning or simple fillings. I'm not happy with the work that has been done so I will never step foot back into this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

This comment is fake in response to the customer. The front staff is rude! the onsite dentist is a backyard dentist. I thought I was coming to a good Dentist when they tried to charge me three times the amount for a root canal. If you are on a fixed income, I do not recommend this dentist. Even her collegues are embarrassed of her business practices!

Went for visit and told that I need $6500 worth of work. Got a second opinion.. seems I DON'T need $6500 work. When my follow up appoinment was confirmed a few days before follow up, I explained that I would not be keeping the appointment. They billed me for a broken appointment charge and continue to bill me, adding on late fees and interest for a total now of almost $200. I wrote a letter asking the dentist to contact me. Nothing so far, 3 YEARS later! Terrible communication, Terrible business practices. ACD-You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very rude and incompetent front office. The hygenist and dentist were nice but lacking in the proper utensils to treat my son, ie. pediatric teeth trays and bite wings. The topper was when they refused a follow up visit for my 7 year old son because I would not provide his social security number. I tried to explain to the office manager that they were in my insurance's provider network and had all the info they needed on the insurance card to process the claim. I had even provided my own social but she insisted that they had to have my son's also or I could take him elsewhere if I did not want to cooperate. What's up with this? Are they selling SS #'s to the black market on the side? I don't know but I marched out of there and back to my family dentist where I will pay out of pocket but at least get good service without risking ID theft of my son and get treated with respect by the front office.

This is the only place that I know of where the office manager and receptionist actually override the dentist and hygienist. It took three visits just to get my teeth cleaned. When I took my children they did not have trays or anything for children for that matter. Then they scheduled my 6 year old to come back for a fluoride treatment and when we arrived, we were informed that since I would not give them my 5 or 6 year olds' social security number, I could either pay in full or take him elsewhere. Since they did not have any of the proper equipment to treat children anyway, I will be taking my children somewhere else. If you do not give them at least 48 hours notice they will charge you a $45 no show fee. Luckily I did not have to deal with that but I saw several people not being treated until this and other charges were paid up front. If you do not mind having absolutely "NO SAY" in your care then this is the place for you. Because everything is their policy which they act like is the law because if you do not adhere to "their policy" you can just go elsewhere. Very rude front office personnel and their care (or lack of) is not worth it. Save yourself from this nightmare and just go "elsewhere"!

The Dr. Anisa was an excellent dentist but the office staff could be much better. I had to many problems with their billing department that took too much time for me to fix. They should be better about being able to talk to insurance companies because afterall they are a doctor's office!!!
