Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office. I was actually reffered in by another doctor who spoke highly of this place. Dr. Gotun takes time with his patients and there was no wait time. I felt as though he explained everything to where I could understand the treatment and he also gave me an outline of what needed to be done. He was able to do everything including braces so I didn't have to go to five different offices which would have cost me a fortune. I don't know where some of the other reviewers were quoting prices but mine were actually half of what I would have spent. I would suggest coming in for anyone who wants great all around treatment and wants to avoid visiting many different offices.

Thank goodness Dr. Gotun has no plans to retire anytime soon -- he has kept my family and me in good dental standing for years. Dr. Gotun's dental training and experience are above and beyond what most are willing to do because he enjoys his profession and being of good service to his clients. That's the kind of dentist you want working on one of your major assets - your teeth. Only go to Dr. Gotun if you want the best for your oral health.

Dr. Gotun is a fantastic dentist! He has an amazing amount of advanced education, AFTER his dental degree! He is always on the top of the latest developments in dentistry and technology. Totally fascinating, while at the same time he believes in balancing science and nature. He's very high-tech and goes to great lengths to diagnose people properly to deliver not a quick-fix and get you out the door, but to find something that will really work for a long time. This is really the highest quality of service I have ever seen. I can very much appreciate his philosophy - your mouth does not function independently from your body, everything is connected and he believes in finding solutions based on your whole body wellness. He also spends lots of time explaining and educating. Nobody has ever paid so much attention to me and my health! There is nobody else like him. Keep up the good work, Dr. Gotun! You completely changed my attitude to dentistry!

I visited this place after reading some reviews in search of a dentist. The staff I spoke with over the phone provided substantially different prices and other information than the staff in the office. Everyone in this place was unfriendly and I am a very nice guy with great insurance. The dentist, Guton, appears to have a foreign educated dentist; however, he may have been required to recieve some education here. My point is his treatment philosophy does not mesh with the normal concept of dental care. I came in for a teeth cleaning and he stated he does not perform this procedure. In addition, he was odd and opinionated. I mean who wants to hear about a guys politics or love life when you are in a dental chair. I left overcharged, and angry. I went to a different dentist the next week for a cleaning. Of course, Gotun had charged my insurance despite my disatisfaction with the service so I paid for the real cleaning at the new dentist out-of-pocket.

Save your time and money. In my opinion, Gotun is very strange and lacks the necessary interpersonal skills to interact professionally. The office staff failed to follow through with requests and seemed very disorganized. Gotun appears to be foreign educated, at least partially, and it shows in his dental skills. This guy appears to be very profit focused. Again, save your time, money and teeth and avoid this dentist. Also, please be aware that you may file complaints against dentists with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.
