Three months after having a new windshield installed in my Volvo, the new windshield cracked as well. Coincidence? Maybe - but I was driving the car and did not hear or see any impact. The technician came out to look at the windshield, and said it must have been hit by something on the edge of the windshield - even though there was no impact mark - no warranty, so sorry. I can tell you they won't be getting my business for the replacement replacement.

It would be great if I could have given them a zero. Got ok customer service from Phillip in the office. That came to an abrupt halt when Ray showed up at my office garage to do the install. He wanted me to move my car out of the garage because he didn't think his truck would fit...my SUV is taller than his truck holding the glass. Then he complained about having to pay to park - I guess the real reason he wanted me to move my vehicle. Phillip indicated later he gets reimbursed so what was that about? Then he was unhappy with where my car was...please deliver me from the drama. Isn't the concept of mobile glass installation that it will be convenient and painless? If you think so, look elsewhere for an auto glass installer.

Called others and was quoted higher with a longer time out to repair. David came to my company the same day that I called and replaced my Jeep Wrangler window in about 15 minutes. A very personable person. Only problem was getting the auto glass tape residue off after the window was set, which may have been due to the summer heat. Still, very happy customer!
