This is based on personal experience. I ordered 2 new sets of brake shoes from autopartstomorrow through ebay and in good faith I made full payment instantly. My order was sent to a forwarding address to overseas (like i do with most orders). Once received I was surprised tofind out one set was used and rusted. I contacted the seller and he offered to return the set. I clearly explained that it would cost me 3 times its actual price to send it back. But as they referred to their international return policy they did not want to help. And when I asked what would they do with the used set if I return it to them ? Their response "if the part is used then we will deny any claim". On top of this when I tried to start return item process through ebay, I was denied to go through the process. Funny, I was sold a piece of junk yet the seller will consider it used by me if I send it back. Ebay doing nothing about it. The moral, if autopartstomorrow had proper QC none of this would happen. If they would say discard the used set and we will refund or send you a new set would ok. Apparently they knew I would not send it back cos it costs too much, and for what, a used rusted part that cannot be used. That's just my personal experience with autopartstomorrow.
