Unless your car breaks down in front of Team Nissan and all of the other service shops disappear...and all of the other car shops disappear - this should be your only reason to go there. The service department is HORRIBLE!! they will rip you off and tear up your car just to keep you coming back. The service managers are rude and arrogant, especially to African Americans. They never want to admit they are wrong. Our car had an oil leak...they repaired it for $400. The very next day, the car started smoking and running hot, we took it back, the charged us $200 to repair the Thermostat. THEN the car still ran hot, they said it was the radiator.....IT STILL RAN HOT!!!! They then told us "They didn't know what was wrong with it" and we would have to PAY MORE MONEY TO FIND OUT!!! What THE??? We were LIVID!!! We didn't go in with the problems that the car had AFTER we got it fixed....THEN for them to tell us they "didn't know what was wrong with it unless we paid more money is a TOTAL SCAM." ....they need to be investigated...It's no wonder they are behind TOYOTA, GM, VOLKSWAGAN, HYUNDAI, KIA FORD AND HONDA!!!!! This store gives the company a bad name... If they have ripped you off...please post, I'm sure we're not the only ones!!!!

I've had good experiences with their service personnel. I have an older Nissan that's starting to have some service issues and they've been honest with telling when I need - and don't need - repairs to be done. Regarding wait times, it all depends on when you schedule an appointment. My best luck is with mid-Saturdays.

I always seem to have a problem with the Service Advisors. They do not call when they promise so I have to chase after them to get answers about my car. When you call the Service Dept. the advisors do not answer their phones and they do not respond to voicemail messages. On more than one occasion, I've had to drive over to the dealership to find out if my car was ready. Maybe it's just me, but this is what I've experienced everytime I've taken my car there for service. I've continued to go back because I do believe the technicians do good quality work, but after another problem there yesterday, I've decided to start shopping for another repair shop.

I have never had a problem with their service or personnel. The problem is that they don't have an express service center. I have often been turned away for an oil change because they already had too many vehicles needing service. I could leave there and go direct to Town Center Nissan and be done there in 20 minutes. They finally started taking appointments on Saturday. Even so, it took an hour to get my oil change.

I am an accountant but I have started expereamenting on my 2001 Nissan Frontier. Needl tess to say I messed up, had to go to the dealership. i told them that I would like the opportunity to try to fix the problem myself. They told me what I needed and sent me on my way with some sealer ($10). The advise was priceless. I originally bought my truck at team nissan when it was Sutherlin Nissan. Great experience. However the first guy to speak to in the service center is clueless, go straight to the parts guy with your questions.

I bought my Nissan here on recommendation of a friend, though use Regal Nissan for service due to its location. The sales person and person who delivered the car to me were top-notch in terms of treating me well, in a professional manner, and answering all questions during the process. This car had to be ordered before manufacture, and he gave me regular status updates during the waiting period.
