AutoZone

I recently ordered a part for my pickup truck. When I took it to the shop to have it replaced it was found that the part was not the problem so it was not needed. I went back to Auto Zone with part and receipt and they took it back, no questions asked.

This is the kind of service that keeps me going back to that store. Besides they give good quality at fair prices.

For a do it yourselfer I expect an auto parts store to have more than a smiling friendly employee. I expect them to hire people with at least a general idea of what components an engine has on it. Most times I go in there I have a new hire looking up my part then 10 minutes later he finds it and brings it out. They didn't even know what a distributor cap and rotor was. I think there are better Autozones around town with better selections and more parts in stock.

Autozone have great everyday low prices for your vehicle's needs. The service is so fast and efficient. Great place to make a quick stop. They have a large selection of car parts and accessories. Very Friendly staff.

I've never walked into an auto parts store with such smiley, friendly staff as the ones at this Autozone store location. They were so helpful. I needed a new filter for my car, I didn't know what kind, and they didn't have it in stock. So, they called around to other Autozone locations and helped me find what I needed.
