Worst Customer Service Experience, EVER!!
We bought a used BMW from Autohaus BMW on Hanley about 6 months ago. The salesman gave rave reviews on the vehicle and said it was machanically sound. We went ahead and bought the extended warranty as well. Since driving it off the lot, we've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Autohaus service department have worked on it multiple times. Recently, a change engine came on. We took it back to the service department -- less than 30 days after spending a lot of money on it. The service manager said there could be 120 reasons why the light could be on and we needed to pay $65 to diagnose the problem before anything can be done. When I explained that this was an occuring issue and didn't feel I should pay the $65 since the vehicle was in the shop less than 30 days ago and multiple times in the short period we've owned it, the service manager showed no concern. Between the sales department and the service deparment, it's cleae this dealership is all about the moeny. THEY TREAT PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE BRAND NEW VEHICLES DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE IT! BMW WOULD NEVER ALLOW THIS SORT OF TREATMENT. Take it from me, never buy a used car from these crooks. If you need to get your vehicle serviced, take it to a competitor.
