I purchased a 2009 Jaguar from Autos of Dallas. Brian was my salesman. There were multiple mechanical issues unknown by the buyer. 1. Seller only provided 1 key knob ( held together with scorch tape, low battery, & without an emergency key blade ($1000 for two replacement keys) Not covered under Autos of Dallas 30days 3k warranty. 2. The low key knob battery flashes in the middle dash. ( Brian replaced the battery "after" my purchase). 3. Immediately a low pressure light flashes non stop in the middle of the dash. $300 to reset and not coverved under Autos of Dallas 30 days 3k mile warrenty. 4. Transmission leak $2000 to repair. Not covered 5. One A/C vent out of sync. (After 30 days, warranty void). 6. Passenger window was off track. (After 30 days) 7. Sunroof off track and was stuck in open position. (After 30 days) 8. Scratches on the side windows panel (cosmetic) but Autos of Dallas promise to repair. Conclusion: I brought all these issues to the attention of Mike, the manager, to no resolution. His position, "what do you want me to do?" They are not certifed vehicles, I sell them in the same condition purchased "AS IS- No Warranty."

I have just recently purchased a 2009 BMW 650i convertible and I love it. The dealership is great, they have awesome cars and I even got an excellent interest rate from Mike. I will be back (well, not anytime soon, as I LOVE my car and I cannot see myself to get rid of it anytime soon) ;o) Thank you so much!

Talked with Mike by phone to confirm that the Infinity G37 I was interested in was still available. He said it was and I paid a deposit to reserve it. I live 3 hours away and wanted to confirm that it was in excellent condition (even the tire tread)......he assured me it was. Make the trip down, take the car for a test drive and the dashboard warning lights are lit up like a Christmas tree and the driver's side tires are almost bald !!! After many hours with their mechanic, they tell me several sensors, the battery and brakes are replaced. Long story short, I end up buying the car and make the 3 hour trip back home. Take the car to my mechanic to have the tires replaced (car barely made it....battery was completely dead and had never been replaced !!!) Within 2 minutes he tells me the car had been involved in an accident. Passenger side rear quarter panel has been repaired with Bondo, sanded down and repainted (paint overspray easily seen on both mufflers. Called Mike to ask why it had not been disclosed and of course, he played dumb. These are car guys.....they can spot previous damage from a mile away. NO WAY ON EARTH that they did not know about this. Anyway, I asked nicely if I could return the car since the previous accident was not disclosed. He simply said "No". These are snake oil salesmen and will lie to your face. STAY AWAY !!!!!
