Best from 1st call to end of service call!, 12/08/2012

I was pleased in the spring and when my heat would not come on I called them again. They were here in less that 1 1/2 hours & resolved my problem. Both representatives (in the spring and in the... fall) and the lady on the phone were very professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Best Customer Service, 11/14/2012

I would like to commend your service tech Carl. Carl has been out to service our a/c unit a humber of times, and has always been very helpful, cordial, and experienced to repair whatever the issue... was with either of the two units we have. Last night was no exception. When my husband and I got home from work after 500pm we noticed our upstairs a/c unit was not cooling. I immediately called your company and was told that you had a tech that could be here within the hour. When he arrived, he assured my husband and I that we would be up and running shortly. By 9:00pm everything was working properly. We were very pleased. Im sure Carl was tired from a very busy day, not to mention that it was dark and late out. But, you would have never known it. He did his job and he was very professional. He knows what he is doing, he is a credit to your company and my husband and I are very pleased to have a PMA agreement with your company. If your other techs are as good as Carl, your business will thrive. Thank you Autumn Air and Carl for the great customer service and keep up the good work!

Wonderful, Polite and Kind Hearted

I wanted to compliment how wonderful your staff and technician Jason was when I needed my air conditioner repaired. I found your web site by just searching the web and saw what a nice web site you had with all the nice smiles! To tell you the truth it was the kids! J LOL good marketing tool, they are so cute! After speaking with Joshua he was very professional and gave me really good information over the phone as to how I could fix my husbandís blunder! L Joshua did not have to do that, but I am glad he did, because of your honesty and personable attitude when we spoke I decided to take a chance and have your team come and help me. I am so glad I did the tech (Jason) you sent was very nice and professional. He gave us really good information on what not to do and what to do if anything like this happens again and basically how to take care of basic common needs that will save us money in the long run. As new home owners we are still learning about our new home.

Best service ever

Yesterday Jason and Jeff installed my new Amana system. I just wanted to let you know that these two men represented your company very well. They both were polite to me and my husband, respectful of us and our home. They were hard working and are welcome back in my home at any time. I met one of them at the Phoenix Home and Garden show and he was just as pleasant there. These days, so many people are trying to rip you off that you dont know who to trust anymore. Your people have proved that there are honest people working in the valley. You should be proud to have these two people working for you. I will keep your phone number handy and will not hesitate to refer you to my friends and family. Thank you!

The best service EVER received EVER

I would like to commend one of your Service Tech's by the name of Carl Jones. Carl has been out to service my a/c units a number of times, and has always been very helpful, cordial, and experienced to repair whatever the issue was with either of the two units we have. Last night was no exception. After having taken my wife home from the Doctor's office after 5:00 pm, we come to the house and the unit cooling the upstairs for the bedrooms was not functioning properly. I immediately called your company, and was told due to the high number of service calls, a Service Tech would not be able to respond until the morning. By then, the upstairs was over 90 degrees. At 7:00 pm I received a call from Carl saying he was on his way. When he arrived, he reassured me and my wife we would have cooling air. By 10:00 pm, everything was working properly. We were very pleased. I'm sure Carl had a rough day being out in the sun and heat, not to mention it was dark and late. But, you would never know it! He did his job, and was very professional. He knows what he's doing. Carl Jones is a credit to your company, and my wife and I are very pleased to have a Warranty Agreement with you. If your other Techs are as good as Carl is, your business will thrive. Thank you Carl, and keep up the good work!

Possibly the best experience I have ever had

I don't reckon, I have ever left a review that was positive about a company, that being said , this is way outside my norm. I don't get on the computer much these days with trying to take care of my dad in his older years and that takes lots of my free time. I have had such a positive experience with this company, that I almost felt it my civic duty to be compelled to leave a positive mark for these fella's. They replaced my homes central heater the other morning, and the guy who's name escapes me at present, whom did the install actually seemed to have pride in his workmanship, something i don't see very often these days. He had a smile the entire time, answered my questions, and even offered me a drink , what? He is in my home and he offered to buy me a drink as he needed to go to get lunch anyway. When he returned, even though I didn't ask for one he brought me one back anyway and one for my dad as well. Later that evening, the owner called me personally to make sure everything went as planned and I was a happy camper. Folks just don't do this kind of stuff anymore. It is inevitably the "little" stuff that means the most, the slightest of pleasantries. You can not teach a kid these days to have good manners, I believe both of these gentleman had good family structure and upbringings. Good Luck in the future boys, I am sure glad to have run into ya.

Great Guys

I had called Autumn Air on Saturday within a few hours one of their techs named Frank I believe came out! He had my unit up and running in no time! He informed me of a coupon on their website for a free service call!! Over all this was a wonderful experience for me! Most companies would charge extra for a weekend call and he actually helped set me up with a coupon!

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION

after paying 850.00 and waiting for a callback (from 4 messages left) i wrote a letter explaining my dissatisfaction & requested another service rep come to the house to assess the previous reps work. The email i received from the owner of the organization (Joshua) was VERY unprofessional, rude & contained NO ownership of his organizations responsibilities. Further, he offered NO suggestions for a remedy, resolution or apology for my dissatisfaction. Day three & i was still without working A/C ~ in PHX. Does that sound like an organization you wish to do business with? One who's owner has no compassion or concern for its paying customers?
