Helping Families Achieve the American Dream
He was very thorough with the inspection and explanations but remained conscientious of the client’s time and knowledge (or lack there of in my case). The appointment was like 101 for the new homeowner. Consider it a must have introduction to your new home, whether you’ve owned a house in the past or not. He alerted us to not only actual but potential problems and potential costs of the changes. We were referred by a friend and we will refer him to any of our friends and family. He is a true asset to the community.

Outstanding Job
I contacted Joe Kelley of Avalon Home Inspections when I found a home I was interested in buying. Joe responded right away and did an excellent very through job. I received the inspection report that same day by e-mail.

Exceptional Service
I was a first time buyer. Joe was able to walk me through the home inspection process like the professional that he is. He showed me where all the utility cutoffs are and gave me several helpful maintanance tips. Would recommend Avalon Home Inspections to my friends.

Great Inspector
Thank you Joe for a through and timely inspection. Joe was able to help me out in a pinch. I procrastinated to the last minute and Joe was able to inspect my wonderful home (after hours)5PM. He also was able to get the report to me that evening so that I met my timeline.

Fast, friendly and thorough
We needed a fast home inspection prior to closing. We called Joe and he completed a first-rate, thorough inspection within 48 hours. The price was reasonable and we were able to download the detailed report (with photos) without any problems. Joe even followed up with a phone call to to make sure we were satisfied. We are!
