Azcleanpro

This name change was recently brought to our attention at Arizona cleanPROS by customers who were concerned that a competitor would choose a new name that so closely matched ours. We spoke to the owners of azcleanpro and he stated that his lawyer told him he could change the name.


We at Arizona cleanPROS do not appreciate anyone riding our coattails in hope of attracting new business. We have worked very hard to earn the reputation as the provider of the highest quality cleaning services in Phoenix.


Phoenix Homeowner Services / azcleanpro can change their name but they clearly have done nothing to improve their less that acceptable quality and ethical standards. We have had contact from potential clients that want to make sure we are not azcleanpro. Arizona cleanPROS has a proven track record as well as quality and business ethics awards (Angie's List, ServiceMagic, BBB, etc) to back this up.


We at Arizona cleanPROS have been in the process of talking with the Phoenix chapter of the BBB, Angie's List (they were bold enough to include the AL logo on their website), the Arizona Corporation Commission, and our attorneys to remedy this major ethical violation.

This company used to be called "Phoenix Homeowner Services" (go on Yelp and search to find the REAL reviews), then they changed their name to AZ Clean Pros or something like that to ride on the coattails of another legitimate business in Phoenix called azcleanpros. Now they are "Professional House Cleaning" according to their website? Either way, the domain name they run under is housecleaningphoenix.com - they just change the website to accommodate their everchanging business names to avoid transparency to their customers.

They came to clean my house and the service WAS AWFUL. The worst - and most expensive - housecleaning I've ever had. I had to totally reclean my house from top to bottom. The girls were nice enough, but this is a total and complete ripoff.

We were looking just to get a little spring cleaning done at our house and they did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again and will be referring them to our family and friends.

They are on time and they do a great
job every time.I'v never had a problem
with them at all.
