I went to Azima for the first time after moving to Dunwoody from Tampa. My appointment was for Fari. My hair was below midback, and I asked for a trim of split ends and a trim of the soft layers that were already present. Fari cut more than four inches off of the length, but the worst part is she cut a new layer at my neck that was so thick she essentially cut the front of my hair on both sides OFF. So I have some hair in the back that is shoulder length, and the front sides are cut bluntly at my neck, well above my shoulders! She did not blow dry my hair so I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. Once I realized, I went back and requested the manager look at it. The manager told another girl to try to fix it, but it was of course unfixable. The manager said that Fari owed me a huge apology, shrugged, and said she was sorry herself but they couldn't/wouldn't help me anymore. She did not offer my money back. She did not offer to at least cut my hair in one length so it didn't look like some sort of atrocious mullet. I went to Balance, and my hairdresser there gave me extensions on the sides to hide the terrible cut until it grows out, to the tune of almost $200. I would never, ever go back to Azima salon.

AziMa is a top-tier salon in terms of quality and service, and in my opinion the value CANNOT be beat in this region. I found AziMa several years ago and had several wonderful experiences with Fari. But, even though I work from Atlanta I actually live out of state and travel extensively so I hadn't been to Azima in a long time but yesterday I was able to book a last minute appointment with Nikki for one of the best highlights/cut I have had in a very long time. Now I remember why I loved this place!

I have been going here for the past 5 years and I have never been disappointed. I get my hair cut and colored for 1/2 the price of the high priced salons! They also take walk ins and are convenient to Dunwoody. Owner is SUPER nice and accomodating in every way! A++++++

This salon gives you that high-end boutique service without breaking your bank (which is great in this time of recession)! I saw Azi yesterday afternoon and got one of the best cuts of my life! She's the single sweetest stylist I've ever had. You can tell she really cares! I'll never go anywhere else!

Azima is a little salon in Dunwoody that is a gold mine. I lucked out and discovered Nikki there. I walked in with a horrible haircut from Elon Salon in Marietta that I overpaid for. Nikki gave me the best haircut and color I have ever had. I looked in the mirror and felt 10 years younger when she was done. I will be back!

I used to pay way too much for my haircuts, but found Azima in the heart of Dunwoody and now get a good-looking cut at a very reasonable price. Nice ladies. Nonna and Olivia are the best.
