B&B Movers, Inc.

I was incredibly happy with B&B. They were super professional, on time (huge when it comes to movers!!) and very fast & friendly throughout. They showed up with 1 truck and 4 guys (I was told 3 so 4 is even better!) and moved my entire household that I'd lived in for 10 years from 1 location in Atlanta to another -- in 2.5 hours. Nothing was broken or damaged and they were very careful with all of my belongings, throughly wrapping them up, etc. It couldn't have been smoother and I am actually excited to call them when my office moves 2 months from now! Who can say that about movers???

First of all I hate moving! I was skeptical about hiring a moving company. After I spoke w/the customer service rep. who assured me I would not be dissatisfied if I went with them. She was right! The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend anybody in the metro Atlanta area to utilize B&B Movers. I will refer them to all my family & friends.Thanks B&B Movers!

Yesterday I experienced the best move ever thanks to the folks at B&B. Their customer service was on point and the movers were too. They worked so hard to get me moved in a difficult situation. I highly recommend them.

And I move alot. The 3 men that they sent were courteous, fast and great to work with. My furinture arrived in tact and ahead of time. I was very pleased with their service and was "treated like family".

After reading all these great reviews, I was really excited about using B&B for our move. They didn't live up to the reviews. They sent 4 guys, including a leader. The leader commented that several of the team were new, and therefore were moving much slower than normal. They also damaged two pieces of furniture. I didn't know until after, but they pointed the damage out to my husband and told him there was nothing they could do about it. When the elevator stopped working for 30 minutes, they refused to use the stairs (to go down one flight) and stood around waiting to see when the elevator would be fixed. At the new place, they spent plenty of time standing around checking out the view. They took more than double the amount of time that I was quoted, mostly because they wasted so much time. Not only did I not get a discount for new guys moving so slowly, they also over charged me for the time. (Said they started at 9, but they didn't get there until 9:45).

For all these great reviews, this was a subpar moving company. I won't use them again.
