Recently visited this location to get the nitrogen in my tires topped off. Granted, it was a new vehicle, already had nitrogen in the tires. I did not want to drive across town to get nitrogen topped off so I thought I would pay the minimal fee. Several days after having it topped off, the Tire Pressure light did not go off, so I checked the tires myself. 2 of the tires were at 30, 2 of the tires were at 32. The recommended air pressure is 33. Now, I can understand if we had a nail in the tire, but we didn't. The "person" working there said that we would have to pay again, and its probably something wrong with the sensors, and it needs to be calibrated. He never once offered to get out a gauge and check the tires, was more interested in telling me how busy they were and how they could not look at it for 2 days. It does not take that long to put a gauge on them and figure out they messed up and didn't refill the tires. If they can't handle a simple task such as air pressure, I certainly would not recommend them for any other type of service. I went to another service center, they topped of the Nitrogen to the suggest pressure and the light went off. Its been 2 days, and still no light.

Had car problems on a recent trip to Canton and took to B&B Tire and Auto Service on Saturday of a holiday weekend. They diagnosed the engine problem and replaced serpintine while I waited. They did it Saturday PM and stayed after hours without charging me extra or me having to ask. Their price was very reasonable even though it was and emergency repair for me and extended into after hours work for them. Drove car back to St Louis and been running fine so quality of work proved to be excellent. Great to have trustworthy repair work at a very fair price to an out of state person. Thanks B&B....Susan S.

I went to have my A/C checked and they burnt up 2 relays while checking so they had to order parts and went and picked up the parts in Ball Ground in MY CAR at $4.00 per gallon. Also, when I arrived home my engine smelled like coolant/anti-freeze and it had never before. They offered to check it for me...you've got to be kidding!!!! So that you can drive my car again to go and pick up parts that you caused me to have to purchase. I was supposed to get a 10% discount because I am a CCSD employee and i did not receive the 10% either.

BB Tire is the best. I had a fleet car and used them and they were great. Then took personal car to them and even better. They don't try to scam you, sell you unreasonalbe things, and they are very honest. Brian the manager is great.

I have been taking my 2004 Camary to B&B Tire & Auto Service the past three years. They are excellent and thorough and will not push you for a car service, or repair item or tires that you do not need. Brian is the Manager that is always there and extremely helpful and their auto techs really know proper service of cars. A+ for everything. Anne Majors

They are honest and trustworthy..it is hard to come by this in todays world. You cannot find an auto service shop that really "Cares" about you as a customer. I found one and have used them now for a couple years...that is B&B Tire and Auto Service...they really do care. Great job to Brian and his staff.

Brian and the staff at B&B Tire and Auto Service are the most knowledgeable and skilled professionals in the business. They kept me informed and I did not feel like I was being ripped off. I am comfortable referring my friends to Brian knowing they will be treated well--honest and trustworthy. They are the best.

Had my car in B&B tire last Saturday. The previous week I was at the dealership(warranty work) and they said I needed brakes. $469, I said no. B&B tire checked brakes and said they have 30% left. It did need a rear drum brakes clean & adjusted, oilchange, alignment, and two tires. thanks for being honest.

We just moved to Canton 3 weeks ago. Our neighbors a couple doors down mentioned this place B&B. We received a coupon from B & B tire and Auto service a few days later and thought wow perfect timing lets give them a try. My car needed an oil change and tire rotation, they did it know problem. They checked my tires and brakes, a tire had a nail in one, they fixed it. Great prices and great people. I thought both Brian's were very nice. Thanks you guys!!! We are your customers for life. We have three cars see you Saturday with the next one. Thanks Steve, Vickie, and Matt.

Although one of the Bryans there is a nice guy, the other one is a complete jerk. I have used them since before they bought the place and bought several sets of tires there. Over a year ago, I had a problem with a tire I bought new from them and unfortunately the good Bryan was on vacation. The other one didn't want to look at my tire to see why it was shaking and wanted me to come back (that happened several times for different things as well) which I couldn't believe. I took it to Cherokee tire and they balanced my tires and told me the new tire B&B sold me was warped. When I went back the owner did the same thing again- needless to say, he pitched a fit when I asked him why he always didn't want to take care of my cars. Then he acted like a baby. I wouldn't let that guy pump up my kid's bicycle tire. True to what I told him when I walked out, I haven't been back and never will. I have also since purchased two more sets of tires and had plenty of maintenance done on my six vehicles. It's a shame that 50% of ownership is good- they lost a lot of repeat business from me!

Bryan is very professional and patient. I always have to drop in and bring my kids there after school, and he is very friendly and never pushes any unnecessary services. Give good advice for you vehicle services. Not overpriced. Good service.

I had my 60k service at B&B Tire and Auto Service--very complete service fully meeting my auto service manual. Very quality service and great price savings vs. same service at the car dealership...and all work is recognized by the car manufacturer under my car warranty. Very trustworthy and fair. Fully recommend B&B Tire and Auto service for any auto service and tire needs. They have a great selection of tires--Goodyear, Michelin, Toyo and more.

My cars have been completely serviced by B&B Tire and Auto Service for over 4 years...their work is consistently outstanding quality and always priced fairly. It is very satisfying to know a mechanic and automotive service center and tire dealer that you can trust...I would recommend them to everyone. They have completely serviced our previous Tahoe, and Seebring and presently our Denalli and Lexus.
