B & B Carpet Care & Restoration

My family just moved to the area and into a rental home. Our property manager told us "his guy" did the carpets, but they looked filthy. We called B&B and they were able to come out the next morning. They did a great job - very thorough and professional. I saw with my own eyes the buckets of dog hair and dirt that they extracted.

I've used a much larger chain carpet cleaner in the past, but will only use B&B from now on. They beat the other guys in price, customer service and RESULTS. With two dogs and a toddler, I will absolutely be calling B&B again. My family is very impressed and happy with the service that was provided.

Informed that our home was needed to host a Holiday party for 40 adults in two weeks and no time to shop and replace my carpet because family was coming in for Thanksgiving- My daughter told me how impressed she was with the carpet cleaning company her apt uses. She called the manager and got the name and phone number for B & B Carpet Care Co. I called and Mike came to my home yesterday morning and performed a miracle right before my eyes. I had thought "anything will be an improvement" but was so surprised that I had to take a picture in the middle of his cleaning. Mike brought LIFE back into that 16 year old carpet (4 children, 2 dogs and a cat).
I found myself wishing I had done this years ago. I was pleased with the different choices available to fit my needs and pocketbook. What can I say?

It’s been 2 years and 10 months since our carpet was installed and they needed to be cleaned.
Researched cleaners online and selected B&B. I like that their services and pricing are clearly detailed on their web site.
Buddy and Mike arrived at our home as scheduled, was careful with our furniture and completed on schedule.
Our carpet is like new. Our tiles and the grout are clean. Truly amazing transformation.
Can’t wait for my wife to see it and our daughter can once again roll around on the carpet.
Fantastic job guys. You have a repeat customer and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

First of all,I was very impressed when Carlos & Mike got here,rigth on time.They were very nice and professional.They left my dirty carpet looking like new!! I used Buddy and B&B to clean my carpets. With a 9-month old some areas had become quite ugly. Buddy arrived on time and proceeded to clean my carpets to look as good as new. I was impressed with his work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a high quality, reasonably priced, professional carpet cleaning. I will surely use Buddy and B&B in the future.

What a great job B&B did on my carpet. I have always thought they where not really white but they really are. Mike showed up at the scheduled time, helped move the few bigger pieces of furniture and set up and got started. Mike was very knowledgeable about carpet care. When he was working on the 1st area he called me in and I was blown away my carpet was really white. WOW and as he and the machine made it through the rest of areas all I could say was WOW. I am a business owner in Escondido and it was nice to have a company that obviously takes pride in there work. I would recommend them to anyone and have already started talking about the great job. Thank you Mike and B & B for the great job

I have had my carpets cleaned for decades, in all my homes but have never experienced a real cleaning as your men did for me this week. Even though I only have a small apartment now, they treated it as though it was a mansion ! The guys were so professional and went above and beyond all expectations. I am so pleased and will recommend you highly.
